We dropped into Bar Aura on a Saturday afternoon while they were setting up for Halloween,they certainly went to town on scarey creatures and decorations.The place looked good,really modern and I imagine a great atmosphere during the night.This is one of THE places to visit when in Wilmslow,we certainly will .
Best place in Wilmslow for cocktails! Great atmosphere both inside and out in the front beer garden. Cocktails were delicious and they had some unique cocktails on the menu which were great to try. They also have a happy hour of 2 for £12 midweek which is great value! Highly recommend for a drink in Wilmslow.

What a beautiful venue, quality leather chairs and upholstery, copious amounts of floral decor, friendly staff and delicious food. We had the spitfire chicken which was amazing and good value, followed by crepes and sticky toffee pudding which was equally as good. The wine was well chilled on such a hot day and doors and windows were wide open allowing lots of fresh air into the building. I found the music rather loud for my taste but that's an age thing. A very pleasant visit thank you.

Visited The Grove at the weekend as an alternative to Konak where we’d normally go. Follow on Instagram and always think it looks really inviting. We were the only people in when we arrived and ordered. Place looks fab inside but wasn’t impressed with the food. I ordered sourdough with (specifically asked) well done bacon and poached eggs. Eggs were tiny and stone cold, one piece of small sourdough and barely cooked bacon. My husbands breakfast was nice but my daughters pancakes were forgotten about until we mentioned it again. Wouldn’t mind but it was literally only us in there. Our waiter was nice but did seem new and like he’d been left without knowing what he was doing. Would probably visit again for a drink but would probably give the breakfast a miss
Another 5* experience at the Grove today. I was able to speak to the wonderful chef Haz who adapted a dish to accommodate my husbands ( numerous) food allergies. My chicken flatbread was amazing too. Lovely welcoming staff. Really worth a visit.
Lovely venue, good beer but not a big selection, god choice of cocktails and the bar staff are very knowledgeable. Didn’t eat but the food looks good. Very quirky decor.
