Really worth coming here if you're in Hounslow and/or surroundings. Amazing staff that are very welcoming , even got a free extra portion of chips. The food itself was quite good. Can't say much about the atmosphere inside as I ate outside of the shop elsewhere but there was plenty of seating! Recommend!
Precovid Amazing - Reasonable priced, very busy but worth the wait. Post Covid, doubled in price (understandable cost of living etc... ) portion size decreased, large is like the small, small is the new smaller. Very oily, probably because not busy as before, could be less frequent oil change. (pictured large chips £5)
All i have to say is that heston fish bar your food is absolutely appalling. Your chips are drenched in oil not cooked properly and your fish is not even cod. it had a weird slimy texture to it which was sickening. Your food was a disgrace and i hope people don’t make a mistake and buy your fish and chips. Everything was full of grease did not taste fresh and for the price it was disgusting. 20 pound for a regular fish and chips and prawns that were also not cooked ?? do better

This is disappointing, you pay more and get way more less. £2.50 for regular chips not enough for even one person! 18 pieces of chips! They should put way more chips than before.
Always been a good place for fish and chips. Fish batter seems to lost that traditional flavour but freshly made and the chips were a small portion but nice chunky and soft inside. Cod £6.80, chips £1.90. Chips were awesome. I prefer the cod at Codfather, they have an amazing batter.
