   I recently placed a takeout order at this restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. I ordered the chicken wings and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The wings appeared to have been sitting for at least a week and were re-fried with oil, making them tough and unappetizing. I couldn't even finish them and ended up throwing them away. As a customer, I expect fresh and tasty food, especially when paying for takeout. It was disheartening to receive such poor quality food from a restaurant that has received high praise for their food offerings. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this restaurant, and I am hesitant to place another order in the future. I hope that the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and takes steps to improve the quality of their food offerings

   Went into the shop ordered 2 chicken and hash-brown burgers plain both come smothered with mayo and lettuce both burgers was mainly mayo and lettuce both burgers had no hash brown but had an onion ring inside it I ordered can Pepsi got diet coke Wont be coming back unless they can listen to correct order both burgers binned money wasted

   I’ve bought 2 burger meal and 1 wrap as meal yesterday and There was a lot of hair in the food, very bad experience I’m not gonna buy from them anymore

   My regular shop. Very nice Sri Lankan staff. Everybody smiles and welcome customer except one member of staff. Never seen him welcoming anyone. Still giving 5 stars becos u guys r good and look after customers :) and keep smiling

   THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE THIS STAR! the chicken was rock solid and cold... the wrap has expired (green and black mould) on it didn’t realise at first but it kind of tasted weird and disgusting! So disappointing! Not worth eating or spending money!

   Better places to eat than here. I use to love favourite chicken but this branch doesn't cut it for me. Chips were cold and burger was very average, also you have to pay extra for the slice of cheese which I think should be a standard in every burger.
