Got a lovely little note with my delivery. Customer service is definitely NOT one of this Mings Kitchens qualities. Delivery was 30 mins late. I called the restaurant 3 times. 1st time line was unstable so I called back, 2nd time the rude lady just said the driver has lots of deliveries and will call him, then she hung up. 3rd time the lady said he is delivering lots of orders and will get to me when he does! Then said he’s on your road and put the phone down again! I found the driver in the car park. He was very apologetic for being late. When unpacking my food had a note attached to one of the containers about an order I complained about in June which was 45 mins late and food was cold. In brief The note says ‘the boss said this address complain on 15th June and cost him £20. They get busy and orders are late’ I have attached the lovely not I received with my food! It’s taken 5 months to reorder from this restaurant and this note proves they don’t take any accountability for their poor service! It’s such a shame as the food is tasty and a reasonable price for the portions. Just a shame they are always late and rude.
Would not order food from here again, the worst capital spare ribs I have ever tasted, had a couple of bites but couldn't eat them, wouldn't even say they were capital ribs!! Mushroom fried rice was too greasy, couldn't eat that either, even had to leave my chicken & sweetcorn soup, others who had food with mine added theirs was just passable, so they won't order again! All in all not good, not sure how this place got 4.7 out of 5 on just eats!! All in all very bad experience!
When inside the shop to order my food, I should of walked back out presentation is key and its not happening here. The rice and chicken balls were nice but do not get the sweet and sour ribs if you warm them up in microwave them have a foul smell cooling from them like they are not real meat.
Very poor food. Called and spoke to the lady and she said the ribs were deep fried but when they came they seem boiled all ended up in the bin. Tastless cold food which my kids were looking forward to and didnt end up eating at all. Called the resturant and the lady who could not speak english could not explain how fired ribs ended up boiled. Very disspointing experince
Good quality food, great service and reasonable prices. Best around in Feltham.

Please tell me how at 7.00 you won't take orders, I don't believe in writing bad reviews but to be told no food orders at that time is unforgivable what happened to the customer is always right, with this review and word of mouth sorry.
Due to lock down, we ordered food from just eat :) great food and fast delivery:) Thai st and Malaysian st food tasty similar but tasty good. Recommend for dinner night.
