   Attended here for a birthday celebration, food was pretty average until the main. The chicken was raw in the middle. I received apologies and was offered another meal but didn’t want anything else. Didn’t remove the meal or offer a discount on the bill as a good will gesture for serving raw chicken. I was charged full price, I paid it to not ruin a birthday meal. The waitress was lovely and could apologies enough but I will not be returning.

   Had a really lovely night at Galata food was delicious and they even made a cocktail not on their menu. Very friendly and helpful staff would definitely recommend and we will defiantly visit again. Thank you Galata .

   Wouldn’t rush back. The food was nice, but the service wasn’t great! It wasn’t busy, a Monday lunchtime. Our mains were brought out while our empty plates from starters were still on the table. We asked for a bottle wine but the waitress forget, then spent so long gassing to another customer that we were unable to remind her. She eventually brought it, 15 minutes after us asking, and we were just finishing our main course so we sent it back…saved us £25 I guess!

   Lovely restaurent. Busy with lots of atmosphere. Food is nicely cooked & very tasty. Only negative is the ladies loo at the back if the ground floor. Definately needs an update. My partner said that same can be said for the upstairs. Personally I base the standard of the toilets as very important indeed.

   Came for lunch with my mum for my Birthday. Food was tasty and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere. What really makes this place a little gem is the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. It really made my day when the staff came to the table with cake, candle and Fez and they all sang Happy Birthday! Thank you to all the staff for a fabulous experience.

   Just got home usually do Southport / Wirral on bank holidays . So happy we stayed local , thankyou very much. For an amazing flavoursome meal , great size portions , cooked to perfection fantastic friendly service . Our whippet enjoyed what meat we couldn't get eat

   Lovely little restaurant. Pleasant staff, nice beer and food is very good. VERY large portions and really nicely cooked. Chicken kebab with peppers, onion, rice, salad and bread. Baked cod with crispy potatoes, salad. Both very well cooked. Authentic Turkish music too which helps with the mood. Highly recommended for this area (there's another restaurant opposite too). All it needs is a couple of bars here and we'd be set!
