   I arrived in a wheelchair barman was lovely I think his name was Paul, I asked for a dry white wine but nothing to suit so I ended up with a red Merlot. Asked for chips nearly £5 for a minimal amount of FROZEN chips. Which were just dropped on the table no knife and fork and no condiment’s offered and clearly could see I was struggling, will avoid next time, without a doubt.

   Excellent service today at JL Airport. Very helpful and friendly. New menu. Wanted Nachos but menu said recommended for two. Travelling alone I wasn’t going to eat all of it so the lovely lady taking my order sorted me out with a smaller portion, which she didn’t have to do. They were lovely.

   Staff where lovely, food was delicious and the beer was cold. I little bit expensive for the portion sizes but hey, airport prices I guess. I think the chicken and bacon in the salad would have been nice if it was warm but I suppose it makes sense to have it cold in a salad. These are minor complaints however for such good food, drinks and service.

   Went here this morning for pre hols breakfast (19/03/23) as we do every year. New system in place where you order at tills and it's brought to your table. 30 mins later, nothing. Restaurant not even a quarter full. Gate for flight going to close, asked waitress what's happening. On its way she said. Ten mins on top food left sat on counter and waitress nowhere to be seen. Had to go and get it. Had to leave it after a mouthful as gate closing. Photo of what was left as we went. You need to tell customers on ordering that it's 30 mins plus. Staff doing anything they can to avoid serving. A total go-slow. Complete waste of £30...

   I had a very wired request at 10.00 pm at night with kitchen stuff. And they were wonderfully helpful. Really nice people got me what I needed. Recommended this place for a break before flying. And James and Kim are my heroes now. Thank you so much for your awesome afford, much appreciated x

   Awarded 1* as not possible to give 0! Serving bar/cashier very pleasant but there's little to no resemblance between the food shown (see pics) to what was recieved. Smashed, cold dumped out tacos with so little cheese (a liquid watery white substance) and a tiny amount of pork, we'd questioned if tgey had been left off the plate. Dreadful and definitely not a serving suitable for 2!
