   First time I have been to a Nando's. Went by myself as my lads are always raving about it. I was shown to a table and I sat there for a while, then realised you have to go up and order your food (felt a bit silly!). It came out very quickly and was delicious. Highly recommended

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Experience at Nando’s! I had an amazing time dining at Nando’s! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly grilled, juicy, and packed with flavor. Their Peri-Peri sauce added the perfect kick. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone who loves flavorful food and great service!

   We recently visited the restaurant on Cheshire Oaks where we were greeted by a lovely young gentleman by the name of Connor, who was courteous, polite and could t have done more to make our visit pleasurable. The food came out in a timely manner, hot, cooked perfectly and delicious. We would definitely rate our experience here on this occasion highly. On leaving, we gave feedback to the manager, who said that he would pass on our gratitude. Thanks again Connor and the rest of the staff

   We visited Nandos in Cheshire Oaks on a Saturday afternoon and were seated quickly which was a good start. After deciding what to eat, we headed up to the counter to place our order. This part took a bit longer than we expected as the person serving seemed to be trying to do too many things at once. It ended up being a little frustrating and our order was not taken correctly, but thankfully it was sorted out afterwards with a separate transaction for the parts that were missed. We grabbed our soft drinks and sat down, and before long our food arrived. It was enjoyed by everyone and was exactly what you would expect from Nandos. Overall, it was a straightforward visit to a popular chain restaurant. The service felt quite transactional with little warmth or engagement, but we got what we came for, we ordered, ate, and left.

   Went to Cheshire Oaks for a day of shopping. We felt hungry and went to Nando's for a nice lunch. First thing, we had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes. However, that was the only negative thing. I had some Lemon & Herb chicken wings. Very delicious. Overall, 4 stars. Please fix the waiting problem if possible.

   Typical nandos( that's not a criticism) simple dishes, that they cook well. Great variety of options( pitta/wrap/burger/ just chicken) off all cuts of chicken. You choose the best of your sauce and off you go. Always busy, but not a place for anything other than a fast meal. No real atmosphere, or great dining experience, but great if your hungry and know you fancy chicken cooked quickly. Average prices. They don't serve hot drinks, but do provide an ice machine and free tap water if you don't like carbonated soft drinks or drink alcohol.

   Just so annoyed how I was treated by the staff. This Nandos branch is so unprofessional. Staff are so laid back and rude and have no passion for the job they might as well Quiet and I'm sure there would be better candidates willing to work even the manager don't seem to headline the store very well. Staff approaching when entering was good. Was told Waiting time is 30min for a table is acceptable. But there were empty tables that were not being cleared as a staff is standing around talking as other customers waiting outside in the cold getting frustrated. Beside use The most annoying part when ordering food was this Young man was not helpful as I had to repeat myself 3 times when ordering and still my order was still wrong. as he not paying attention and then he became very rude when I requested 3 glasses of water as he bent down he smirk and shaking his head, I also repeated 3 times of my reward card number as I've not brought my card with me. He said there an error and I ask can you give me the code instead. ( he raised his voice) and I keep my self charm and paid. I was waiting for my receipt he handed it to me holding the corner of the paper on purposely. I'm not sure is it because I'm Asian I hope I'm wrong but the customer service is unacceptable. Their Hygienic side of this Nandos was terrible. When I was handed with plates it was dirty beside nife and forks was dirty and nothing was clean to a standard Self-serving Nandos Sauce ( Bottles was stuck). I will never come back to this branch ever again.
