   Used to love ordering from here as the food is lovely but the past half a dozen times we've ordered past a certain time its not been delivered till past their closing time, what feels kind of deliberate after it becomes more frequently like a habit, nearly 2 hours for an order from a place 15 mins away is a joke tbh

   Ordered from Uber a while back and the driver spilt the tea all over the food, to the point where the bag was dripping wet. Got a full refund from Uber. Have tried to order twice since then and they refused my order. Apparently I'm not allowed to order from there store unless I'm willing to just accept a £50 loss on a takeaway because the driver decided to not do their job properly.

   Ordered food from this place and it arrived very very late and missing items from my order. I left a review after trying to contact them on the phone without any luck. Now i tried to give them a second chance by ordering again but now they won’t accept my orders.

   Would not recommend had us waiting over 3 hours told us twice it was on the way then was told the order had never been received refused refund when explained the app wouldn't provide one had the self proclaimed OWNER screaming at me its just food and refusing to give me a refund I would have given no stars if possible save your money this place is a complete waste if time I hope for the sake of the business that wasn't the owner no wonder you average 3 stars if that's the case I should have checked goggle before ordering through another app

   Took 3 1/2 hours to come, when the food got here you could tell it had been warmed up, wrap was burnt chips were dry and tasted disgusting,, drinks were missing will not be ordering from here again
