   I ordered an item and asked how long it would be, the response was 20-30 minutes, which was too long. I then asked for a refund and was told I "couldn't be given one" due to ordering from a kiosk, which seems like a pretty blatant lie. Customers are perfectly within their rights to ask for a refund prior to food preparation. The food I then received was undercooked and presented awfully. Avoid this place at busy hours because food will be terrible. I don't like to give out bad reviews but the customer service here was horrendous, they claimed not to have a manager onsite and that if I wanted a refund, I'd have to come back the next day? Obviously a lie and I plan to take this complaint further because GDK have given me a generic response via their complaint portal. Shame as I've had a great experience at other GDKs. EDIT: As you can see below, they don’t even look at your complaint just tell you to go to an online portal. Worst customer service I’ve received in my life, deliberately trying to force a no refund situation before food had started being prepped. Avoid completely.

   Vo kebab so hard could not chew it, mushy non existent salad and bread was completely sopping wet, cold drinks in with the chips so stone cold

   I had a fantastic experience at German Doner Kebab! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Every bite was a treat. A special shoutout to Iqra, the lady at the counter for her amazing hospitality—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She truly made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving quality kebabs and great service!

   They have a nice seating area and good customer service at this branch. The food was well prepared and warm but not only that it was very delicious! Everyone finished their food with full stomach will be returning here again! A must have is the Panini Chicken German donor that was so filling and great value for price at £4!

   Very tasty 5 star rating. Out shopping and we thought why not so we we went in and were greeted by a very polite staff member who helped us with ordering for my Son who has allergies. Once that was out the way we ordered our box meals and took our seats. Very clean establishment and at that time it was quiet so plenty of comfortable seating to choose from. The food was brought over by another pleasant staff member and the eating began. Before you knew it the food was all gone and bellies were full. 5 star rating for German Doner Kebab.

   Visited for the first time today.. Good customer service but with so many staff in the kitchen and very few people in the restaurant I would not have expected to wait such a long time for my order. The table service system via the website sounds good but as Hounslow is not listed as a restaurant you cannot order from your table.... Food was okay nothing amazing.
