   The food was full of rich, bold flavour and had just the right amount of spice—not overpowering, but enough to give it a real kick. The portion sizes were very generous for the price I paid—definitely more than expected, and incredibly filling. Customer service was amazing. My order arrived super fast, piping hot and fresh. You could see the steam rising as I opened the container! Everything tasted like it was made to order. Highly recommend—great value, delicious food, and top-notch service. Would give this place 10/10 but I haven’t tried the whole menu.

   I ordered a jerk chicken meal with white rice, portion of plantain, and festival. I was given rice and peas, and not white rice. I have to say, this food was very very poor quality....and not fresh at all. Chicken had a stale taste and mushy but dry powdery texture. Rice tasted very stale also. Festival tasted of spices and was made with tasted like a mixture of white and brown flour, and no cornmeal in it whatsoever. This is not authentic Jamaican food. Avoid this food!!

   Fri 16th May ‘2025: First timer! I got the £10 meal deal, with Curry Goat & Mac & Cheese, both were a good portion. I was told the cook isn’t Jamaican but they were taught by 2 Jamaicans. My honest opinion, both were nice… I would just say a little more seasoning on the Curry Goat or maybe to leave it to season longer (over night) if this isn’t the case. All in all, well done.

   I was disappointed with this place I called in for collection I spoke to the gentleman on the phone and said I would be coming to collect the food and when I arrived they hadn't even started making the food. I still had to wait 10 minutes for the food to come out and which the food wasn't fresh. I asked for coconut rice and the rice didn't taste nothing like it which I think they heated it up in the microwave which if that is the case it's very bad. The tables was very dirty they didn't even bother to check if the tables was clean so we could eat in clean conditions it was left dirty from the previous customer. But overall the food was a 6.5 out 10 I feel like what made it nice was the sauces which they had on it. I won't be going back there as they have alot of improvements to make on the food quality.

   Ordered a takeout at roughly 10pm scheduled for closing at 11pm. Looked at the menu only a handful of meal options - ordered the oxtail which came with rice and peas and steamed veg. There was in 1 person was eating inside. Food took around 10 minutes to be handed to me. The worker was nice and polite and I paid by cash but a card option is also available. Decent portion size, food was fresh and reasonably palatable for £10 Positives - Decent value for money and competitive prices for around London. Small menu which I preferred. Negatives - Nowhere to park had to drive and park all the way down the high street. Food took a little longer than I expected. Before I ordered the worker did say not all the menu options are available at this time even with the very limited meal deal options. Food was prepared in the back could not see any of the available options - Caribbean food is so wonderful to look at wish some of it was on display and available to view. Not the most tasty Caribbean food ever, not crazy tasty. Food was fresh and was a big portion size for 1 mrsl. Overall enjoyed it, it's definitely worth a try particularly for the meal price around London.
