   PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE the shop! My mistake I never checked. I asked for 11 vegetable samosa 10 paneer rolls 10 square pecies of Dhokla The server even confirmed the order and charged me. When I arrived home and was sitting with my guests about to eat I realised that the shop gave me 10 vegetable spring rolls and not paneer spring rolls. But I was charged for Paneer spring rolls. So always check your order before you leave the shop When I was waiting at the shop there was another customer complaining that his order was wrong but he checked before he left the shop. I trusted the lady server over the counter. Always check your order before you leave.

   Staff were messing about on their smartphone and initially and successfully, ignored me. I had telephoned my order through an hour ago - 2 rotis and daal - hardly complicated. Eventually, they dained me with their attention and I told them that I phoned through the order. The member of staff then just walked away. The other member of staff then served the waiting gentlemen with all smiles and dare I say a little flirting. I waited and waited till all the male customers were being served but tried in-between to get noticed - to no avail. Eventually, I just gave up and left and called my friend, who had placed the order to cancel it. She immediately called the restaurant and I went back in to collect and pay. The staff denied they had ignored me and lied saying that they told me to take a seat and wait!!! I will not be coming back here I told them, as there are many other restaurants in Southall to go to. I advise anyone else, who would like the minimum of customer service, not to come here.

   Staff was gossiping with eath other, i was waiting to give order near counter for 5-7 min they just ignored me and i call them twice to make my order eventually they came and i ordered 2 portions of half kg sweets total 1 kg ,which I suppose to be £13 for 1 kg and they charge me £14.44 and when i ask them why did you charge me extra money and she said it will come up & down that was not a reason and not even a right logic they should have to train their staff !! Last not even least i paid by card and they made a cash transaction i don’t how it came cash transaction on my receipt and they don’t even mention the product aswell i also attaching receipt as a proof!!

   I have been coming here since I was young with my father. I love the food here, it's a real authentic treat and as I'm grown up I enjoy coming here and trying new Sikh Punjabi food. It's like a family base, it always has been - THANK YOU!!! #Great Feeders Givers :):):)

   This is in the interior markets in south all. From outside the place looks bit bleak but the staff is friendly and the food is yum. Had cholle bhature excellent preparation. They had traffic going in and out out doing lot of takeaways. Highly recommended

   good tasty food. Friendly staff. They are well known for their samosas. When you are there, you can see freshly made and constant order going out . There other food are all tasty Punjabi Vegetarian food. Unfortunately their menu does not have vegan information. But the staff will check for .
