   Dirty place wouldn’t recommend it to anyone just stay away. About 5 minutes away in Morrison is 2nd subway better looked after

   Called in on our home because grandchildren wanted to eat there, tbh we actually thought it was closed, the staff where so rude and not at all pleasant with our very well behaved and polite grandchildren. They weren't closing because while we were eating they were getting deliveries ready to be collected! The food was as it is, but the place was dirty, and the toilets were awful, wouldn't bother stopping here and try one of the other branches in the area.

   Very disappointed to see veggie patty finished at lunchtime. Woman serving did not even say if the more are coming soon or not and simply apologised that it's not available which is easy thing to do.

   Foreign staff member (woman) is very rude and unprofesional, she started shouting at my friend after he had paid for his food saying she way calling the police over my friend not wanting hashbrowns as they were soggy and unappetizing! That staff member made the experience of subway horrible, if all staff are like that i wont be returning to any of the stores!

   The saying goes” once bitten twice shy” Had problems few weeks ago with staff member being so aggressive. Well today wife said feel like subway. She ordered on my Uber eats account and the food came cold and no cheese. Never again this place is the worst.

   I have allergies and the team here did an amazing job without prompt cleaned down before starting my order to prevent cross contamination. I have a food safety diploma and have carried out inspections these guys are on their top game in this regard. Subway should send new recruits to this store for orientation,training, a truly excellent experience and fantastic gluten free sub.

   Ordered a breakfast mega melt to be delivered, and received meatball and salami. Edit: I thought I'd try ordering from here again and ordered a footlong mega melt without cheese. Why when I order this, EVERY TIME I receive an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ORDER???? How is this even happening? If I'm paying over £10 for a bloody sandwich I expect it to be right. This is unacceptable.
