    Went in for a quick fast food. I was dissapointed because I had to wait longer than expected taking in consideration the restaurant was almost empty ( one table occupied ) . Oily floor and paper everywhere. Went to collect my food and I was able to seen the dirtness inside the kitchen absolutely gross. Toilets weren’t the best either, urine on the floor and the smell is horrible. I do understand that a big part of the role is the customers but this site is responsible for the cleaning and the good environment. Inside the restaurant was cold and when we have received the food was also cold… P.S on the back of one of the employee I was able to observe hairs…

    Absolutely shocking.. it's like neither of the two staff give a monkeys about anything including their jobs. Manager in the back room sitting down doing nothing. Empty, vibe less and dissapointing. If I were the boss I would kick some ass. It's like they're running the place down on purpose. My pet tortoise has got more energy in his left toe than these guys put together. I don't recommend and to top it off Β£30 for 2 burgers and some chips. Only myself to blame though. Should have gone to a nice warm pub and had a proper burger. Get with it guys.....

    Poor from beginning to the end. After a 15 minute wait for a basic order we enquired as to why it was taking so long. Please bear in mind the restaurant was populated by about 8 people so you couldn't say it was busy. The person responded with ' I don't know why it's taking so long' ..and then said once your order has disappeared from the monitor it's ready . Another 5 minutes and the order appears. So 20 minutes, no communication unless prompted and to cap it off the toilets were in a disgusting state. Pretty much poor on every level.

    Quite easy to park, disabled parking and wheelchair accessible entry through double doors. Drive through is fast especially if you use the app to pre-order. No till service so you need to use the kiosks to order which are simple enough and allow you to choose rewards and offered if you sign in. No paper in receipt printer. There was longer wait than usual for order to be ready but it was a Saturday afternoon and as well as lots of diners, there was many delivery drivers from various apps waiting impatiently. Some of the staff looked run off their feet and less Animated than others which doesn't usually bother me if the service is efficient. Our order was given with a smile though we hadn't been given our cups for drinks. Drinks are a self service machine with the usual options and ice which was nice for those of us that like more than the usual small helping. Sauce was offered instead of having to ask which was a nice touch and condiments were available at the side of the counter area. Food is cooked to order and was hot and fresh tasting. There are vegetarian options but everything is cooked in the same areas. Overall a very clean and well served fast food restaurant that we would be happy to return to.

    Went to Burger King today after seeing that it had been refurbished, haven’t been there for quite a few years so thought I’d give it a try. Got in there and ordered a β€œBacon Caesar Crispy Chicken Burger”. I was really looking forward to it but unfortunately when it came it honestly looked appalling. It was so much smaller that it was advertised and considering I paid nearly Β£11 for the meal it was very disappointing. After I realised some of the toppings were missing I went to the counter and asked the staff member politely if they could redo my burger correctly and add the missing toppings. Which she then insisted that it was only missing the cheese so instead of replacing it with a fresh burger, she took it to the back and added the cheese on herself and gave if back to me. (It was missing a lot more than the cheese) It was Cold, dry and had hardly any flavour. The so called β€œRefurbishment” definitely had no effect on the food.

    Staff here went above and beyond. We had an issue with the drinks machine they fixed quickly with sincere apologies. They play area was clean and was a welcome little break from shopping for my son. Overall would highly recommend. They do blue light discount too which is always a bonus!

    So if you want your food slow and not a clean table.in site then this is the place to be. I couldn't believe how slow the service was and one lady had to ask were hers was as she'd waited over 20 minutes. Nobody could put their rubbish in the bin as all bins were overflowing so every table was full of previous customers orders. Plenty of staff could be seen but no one coming to clean anything. Won't be back in a hurry

    This was not a great experience at all. So first off, it was on one of them heatwave days so it was 30+ degrees outside. The place is not air-conditioned. Not normally the end of the world but a lot of restaurants have it now so it seems like a cheap way out of things. The staff, extremely slow and rude. Stood for a good 5/6 minutes as the only ones in the cue while they chat amongst themselves about their plans and how hot they are. The food, sloppy and thrown together. I mean seriously thrown together. The drinks.... this is the biggest issue. So the hottest days of the year and 1 machine had only 1 drink available (regular coke) and no ice. The other machine had a lot more options, but no ice. However, the machine with the more options was spitting drinks out warmer than tea! I mean not even close to being drinkable. So I raised it with staff, a woman I believe to be the manager. I was told "I know" oh right OK, if you know then mark it as out of order and top the syrup up in the other machine. While being sat near the machine I witnessed 6/7 other people attempt to use the machine. I told them not to. But I got fed up, the people who used it and left, came straight back and also raised the issue and nothing happened. Place is a joke and need to sort their staff out. Especially when the manager doesn't seem to care.

    My Dads first experience with Burger King, he went as a treat to himself and to experience fast food. He was very impressed with the service as he went in to be served. He is hard of hearing and they staff did go out there way to help him and they made sure he got his drink and the correct one as well as the sauces for his onion rings. Overall I am very pleased how they treated him as it would have been very easy to dismiss him as an old guy hard of hearing and done nothing so praise to the staff for that. He took his food home and really enjoyed it. He will be back again just because the service was so good.

    Never have I experienced such filthy fast food chain like Elesmere port outlet Burgerking! I am surprised no one has been poisoned! The chips smelt like sweaty socks, The Burger was cold. No hot drinks and no ice in the cold machine. The tables where full of food left overs and rubbish! Bins where over flowing! This place needs to be closed down!
