   Rice Mill Restaurant offers truly authentic Thai cuisine. The flavors are rich and consistent — we’ve dined here twice already and have been impressed both times. We always order the Chu Chi Pla with red curry sauce and the mixed platter — both are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

   Good atmosphere, great service. However; food was way too salty . Whatever we ordered including 2 starters and 2 main dishes were extremely salty which ruined the whole experience. Personally, I didn’t find this Thai place any special, won’t go there again.

   I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rice Mill Thai! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a pleasant mix of modern comfort and traditional charm. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making me feel right at home. We started with king prawn tempura, salt & pepper squid, and spring rolls, all cooked perfectly, crispy without being greasy, and packed with flavor. For mains, the steamed sea bass was delicate and fragrant, the king prawn Pad Thai was bursting with fresh, balanced flavors, and the Goong Makham (prawns in tamarind sauce) was simply outstanding, with the sauce striking the perfect sweet-sour note. Every dish was beautifully presented and cooked with care. The rice, as you’d expect from a place with “Rice Mill” in the name, was spot on. Overall, Rice Mill Tai delivers both in taste and service. It’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

   I believe I have just found my new favorite Thai restaurant in the Richmond/Twickenham area and that is saying a lot. There are so many great Thai restaurants within a short walk in these neighborhoods, but this one stands out based on their service and the exceptional green curry chicken! I love green curry and theirs had the right level of spice, creaminess, and fresh vegetable and chicken mix. I had mine over egg fried rice, which made it extra indulgent. The Thai Iced Tea was a fine accompaniment and took the edge off any little heat from the curry.

   Visited this restaurant after finding out Umi and Ke Sushi was closed. So glad we tried this place as we enjoyed our food and drinks. Highly recommend the milk Thai tea (if you have a sweet tooth) and the lemon Thai tea (for those who prefer a sour drink). You can’t miss it if you’re walking towards Zizzi as the shop does stand out with the green and when you look inside, the interior design grabs your attention.
