Went on a match day, and had a fantastic roast that was both excellently cooked (the chefs were really friendly) and excellent served (big hi 5 to Rey (pardon my spelling)). High quality food, excellent drinks, brilliant service. This is going to be a favourite for all matches at Twickenham in the future, if I’m able to book in due to its popularity.

New management regime needs more housekeeping and customer service training, based on my first two visits since the venue reopened. Visit 1: BOH staff on their break in the outdoor seating as I approached the main door, who went back inside about 10 steps ahead of me and let the door shut in my face. Bought a white wine which was room temperature and was advised that they had forgotten to put the bottles in the fridges. Team member offered to put ice cubes in the drink… Visit 2. Went in at 5pm, felt like they had just opened? Stock stacked up in the FOH, menus and table cards scattered on the floor. Toilets with no loo roll. Quality of some of the products has dropped as well. Cheap UHT fruit juice from cartons, for example. Will stick with other pubs nearby for now and try again in a couple of months. Hope they do sharpen up though, as this used to be a great venue with a professional and friendly FOH team.

Me and my friends came in on Tuesday evening for some food and drinks. Amazing service from start to finish, Rosie and Ray were both fabulous, very busy night yet the food was amazing and service very fast. Reasonable wine prices, can’t beat Β£30 Picpoul in Twickenham!

If I could give lower I would! This used to be such a lovely place to visit with very polite staff. On Tuesday night, I approached the door at 10:40pm and I could see a man and woman sat inside. So I presumed the venue was open as the lights were also all on. As I got closer the female got up from her chair and hurried to the door before seemingly bolting it. I reached the door and looked inside and the male was mouthing something which I couldn’t understand. The female, who had by this time moved back towards the bar and was standing behind the male, then began making a large β€˜X’ gesture by using both her arms!!!! I understood this to mean β€˜go away’ so left. To be perfectly honest if the staff had simply said β€œwe want to go home” I would have been absolutely fine and just left.

Went on opening night under their new management. Not expecting everything to run smoothly but when they’d run out of cheese for cheeseburgers at 6pm, knew we were in for an underwhelming experience. No kids menu so forced to resort to an Β£18 wagyu burger for a 6 year old. Maybe some basic kids options could have been considered? Ordered the chicken burger which was…. alright. I’ve had better presentation opening an Uber Eats McDonalds and some chip rationing seemed to be going on, expected a better dish for Β£18/Β£19. Went here a few times previously but would recommend giving it a while for new management to sort some of the issues out. There was a Quins game on to be fair to them but mostly those there for a pre-match drink, would expect better from the food.

Steak was delicious and cooked as requested as well as truffle fries and lettuce! Nice atmosphere and service. Definitely will come again to try the roast.

We love this place - it has a great atmosphere whether you just want to chill for drinks or a proper meal. We’ve been for brunch, lunch, drinks and dinner - always a great time and the food is delicious! We really like that they serve local beer from Twickenham Brewery and have a pool table/darts board. They are part of the Gaucho family so the steak is from Gaucho and a nice, delicious quality. Their burgers are from Meat & Bun and so tasty. The steak sandwich and the wagyu scotch egg are my fav dishes but I also love the salt beef Benedict. The prices are affordable for the quality of food and drinks on offer and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Very nice addition to Twickenham!

Such a vibey place! The service and food is fantastic! For my birthday, we were served by a waitress named Nicole and she was SO kind as to remember it was my birthday and bring me out a beautiful birthday treat. Thank you so much

Very busy after the rugby..... Lots of atmosphere after a narrow England win..... Had to pre-book using Open Table..... Small choice of menu on match days. London prices I'm afraid - however the dishes tasted fab.... Won't rush back but all in all a pleasent experience.... Warm and friendly table service....
