Lovely spot and some nice food especially the portifino which is very reasonably priced at £4.50 always hits the spot.

I would like to raise a concern about the customer service at the front desk. The staff member does not understand English properly, which makes communication very difficult. In addition, he often uses abusive language in Arabic. I am a regular customer, and this behavior has happened many times. I kindly request the owner/management to please speak with him and provide proper training on customer service and manners. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

الحمدلله This is a lovely little spot. It’s a male-dominated space, but Alhamdulillaah I’ve trained my sons well, so if it’s busy, they’re confident navigating it. The owner and staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming — they even remember regular customers’ orders, which is a nice touch. I’ve only had food once, and that was takeaway. It’s not really a place for sisters to sit in comfortably, and personally, I prefer not to eat out unless there’s privacy. That said, I do love stopping by this coffee shop first thing in the morning — just after the school run and before our home education class. It’s a great little pick-me-up to start the day. The prices are fair and not overly expensive either. بارك الله فيكم — may Allah bless you all .

The food and drink look and smell lovely. It's clearly a busy place for a reason. However, this is the second time I've ordered a smoothie and received a milkshake instead. This time, I asked the server 'does the smoothie have anything in it except fruit? Is there any milk?' I had to ask this as I am lactose intolerant. Maybe it was a language barrier but he said no, just fruit. Then, I saw him making it with milk and cream. Fratelli have to be careful as people with allergies or intolerances could end up getting sick as a result. Nice milkshake - I didn't have the heart to return or throw it, so trying to finish it knowing my stomach won't be too happy afterwards. A bit disappointed.

I went in this afternoon i ordered a panini chips and mac and cheese fritters. Service and staff was friendly, efficient and food arrived straightaway. The quality of the food was brilliant however i was slightly disappointed in the panini. It was more like a toasted baguette and wasn't very well seasoned. Could possibly do with more flavour and a panini bread would be lovely. Overall food was lovely and great service. Thankyou.

A very positive experience here. Would defo go back to try other things on there menu. The staff are polite and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The seating was comfortable and the decor was lovely. We loved the food, ordered bolognese which we got in a big portion and which tasted delicious. If we were to give any criticism for the food, it would be that the milk cake was a bit stodgy and didn't taste right. Just some suggestions: - Open earlier for breakfast - Add some AC or fans to the back as it's a bit stuffy
