   One of my favourite to collect dinner on my way home to Harrow. I want to say very special thank you to Kerry. She is very helpful knowledgeable and pleasant young lady who served me and I can’t complain enough. And after having a chat with her it was discovered that she knows my daughter and they were in the same year at school. What a coincidence. All the very best and I can recommend here anytime

   This is definitely a place to try. Got myself a piece of fried chicken and the oxtail on rice. Surprised by how reasonable the prices were considering the location and overall cost of everything in 2025. Chicken was nicely seasoned and moist . Appropriate amount of breading which led to it having a pleasant texture. Rice was cooked well and had a hint of coconut . Oxtail was tender and packed an explosion of flavour. Small businesses like these are the pride and joy of the community so it's nice to see them still open and serving great food!

   Ackee and salt fish was far too salty!! This much salt is terrible for your health!! It was like they skipped the part where you need to soak the salt fish in water overnight and added more salt while cooking it! I couldn’t eat it, so it was a waste of money. Needless to say, I will not be returning here, and I warn others of ordering their Ackee and salt fish, unless you like mountains of salt in your food!

   Not a great experience! The jerk chicken didn't taste like jerk chicken as it was sweet- the sauce just tasted like ketchup mixed with 1/2 spices. Also the plantains were fried in heaps of oil, this meant that I couldn't eat them at all as they were drowned in oil. The rice was okay at best but could have tasted fresher. A lot of room for improvement.

   First time trying Nice n Spice. Curried goat was OK though it tasted like mutton, nothing special. Portions were small for a large. No plantains or coleslaw served, which is standard in any Caribbean food joint. Festival was disappointing. Tried a small bite which was nutmeg/ cinnamon. Not sweet, fried a few days ago and stuffed in a bag to be delivered to me. Oh, delivery man seemed like a nice, friendly chap. Overall not somewhere I would recommend. I only tried this place based on reviews as I was craving this food.. More fool me!

   Great value for money compared to others. Get in early if you want soup ...it seems to fly . Rice n Peas n Oxtail is my go to and it never fails.Lunch time it can be busy so order to collect or be prepared to wait.!
