   Absolutely not coming back here again. Very disappointing service. I cannot understand the dimension of the pizza if the chef wanted it round or square as it came out semi hexagonal and was VERY SMALL. The salad looked like someone puked over it. Absolutely nothing is Italian here (take it from me: an Italian who is writing this post). The service was unprofessional and evidently short-staffed. Addio. Never again.

   Food was nice, well presented. Could have done with being a little hotter. It wasn't piping hot when it arrived. The staff were brilliant. So friendly and helpful. Lovely big dining area and clean. Wheelchair accessible, family friendly. Massive carpark underneath the venue too.

   First time we have been here. We arrived for breakfast, atmosphere was nice and relaxed. Waiter (pete) seated us in about 30 seconds. Ordered our food, 2 big ones with some changes. They were covered no issues at all, even offered some exchanges for what we took off, great and unusual as this chain. Pete was great, some good banter and very polite. I would of 4 starred if my black current and soda would of had more black current. See photo. Other than that, I would recommend.

   Large amount of food for the price, but you do pay for it. For a burger joint, I shouldn't be paying £50, for just 2 people. We had a pizza, meatballs which came with garlic bread, shared a milkshake, one cup of tea and one coffee. Oh, and still water. That said, instead of 3*, I am giving it 4* because the servers were polite, friendly and very amenable. The food comes fast, but don't be surprised if your takeaway boxes are forgotten in the process of leaving. Another good thing is you can pay online, at your table, making it easy to leave when you are ready. Definitely a lot better than waiting for a server to come.

   Went for the first time tonight after a couple of years, nice to see some positive changrs have happened; new branding and a better menu. As a vegetarian though we had limited options, they did meet our extra requests so that was great customer service. Overall it was value for money with a Wowcher deal but I wouldn't pay full price.
