   As someone who fairly understands the hospitality industry and customer service, I highly recommend you all to avoid dining in this restaurant if you don’t want to be disappointed with the service. Thankfully, this review is based on my first experience buying my lunch from them and it became the last. Glad I didn’t spent too much of my money there just to face the rudeness of the staff there.

   Lovely staff, good variety of choices (vegan and non-vegan), nice vibe, and fair prices. Overall, the food was decent: Ash-e Reshteh felt a bit old with too much noodles and not enough vegetables and beans and could be improved, but the Kabab Soltani (Barg and Koobideh) was good. They also have a covered outdoor area at the front where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your time. I will definitely go there if I am passing by.

   I’ve been there a couple of times as a customer, and the food was decent. It’s not the best, but it’s in my area, so I was happy to go there. However, I yesterday went with my little sister who needed to use the bathroom. I politely asked if she could use it, but we were refused and the lady, presumably the manager, even made fun of us — they told my sister who desperately needed a toilet to buy a bottle of water first, and then she could use the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable—especially refusing access to toilet facilities for a GIRL who clearly needed them. Additionally, the place was pretty full, and one more toilet flash wouldn’t make a difference. I’m utterly disgusted by this place now and definitely won’t be coming back. On the other hand, the fish and chips shop next door—despite having almost no customers—let us use their bathroom without any questions. Update after owner’s reply: It is ridiculous to accuse me of using your toilet facility many times without being your customer as I have never done it before(I live nearby and I can walk home if needed. For my sister it was an emergency, and you treated her like that). Instead of apologizing and explaining your position, you decided to lie — it says a lot about your customer treatment. Also, I am not alone mentioning a bad service, so I would highly recommend everyone to avoid your place even that your food isn’t bad.

   This amazing Persian restaurant blew me away! The food was incredible - Mirza Ghasemi & Hummus with Nan were divine, and the mains left us perfectly satisfied, not just stuffed (a rare feat!). Service was fantastic - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Finished with delicious chai tea & sweets - perfect ending! I highly recommend it - authentic, flavorful, and underrated!

   Came here on a Tuesday evening after being in the area. The restaurant has a nice ambience and service is great. We got the aquarium mixed grill and French fries which totalled about £41. This feeds two and the meat is plentiful. The price on the website is different and should be updated. My favourite part was the Koubideh, so soft and full of flavour. The garlic and chilli sauce were also great. Naan fantastic and quick service. Rice perfect. I would definitely recommend

   That was an Iranian food experience that takes you to another level The restaurant stays open until 23:00 and there are a lot of free parking places to park your car Very quick and friendly service from the staff members I loved it Many thanks, guys !!!

   Absolutely delicious!!! Truly mouthwatering food, we ate every tiny morsel of it. Amazing, attentive, warm staff, they so lovingly explained every dish and helped us choose. I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough!!
