    The online menu is very deceptive over pricing. I pointed it out but they haven't bothered to update it. Set menu at least £10 more than advertised, instead I had sausage and mash which was terrible. The breakfast menu was good.

    Dirty room with stains on carpet and bedding.Very tiny TV that had a very poor reception.Tried booking on the website but was constantly down so booked with booking. Com and then told we to pay extra for breakfast but no price list available at the reception desk when we asked.The whole hotel needs updating especially the bedroom we stayed in.The laminate worktop was cracked and had dirt in it also the shower had just a curtain in the bath around it.Free parking and good location for Wembley arena and Stadium.

    Room was clean. Shower was decently hot and good pressure. No shower curtain just a half wall of glass. Mattress was uncomfortable and the pillow flat. First room had broken a/c. They moved us to another room. Service was pretty good. Safe wouldn't allow you to put in a code in both rooms. One of the few hotels in the area with family rooms big enough for 4 people
