   Little gem,lovely welcome from staff who told us we could sit were we wanted ,chose by theChristmas tree! A lot of choice in the menu ,catering for everyone. For starters we chose mushrooms with mozzarella cheese and the most delicious steak smothered in mushroom sauce .Absolutely delicious had food envy. Mains ,chicken kebab with the tastiest potatoes,also chicken in garlic and turmeric sauce ,gorgeous.plus a side of asparagus. Quality food in a lovely relaxed restaurant. Will definitely return.

   This place is a little gem. I would definitely go back and I will bring my wider family. The staff are very lovely! I would sooner support a local business like this, than a more common chain like steak house. The steak was sensational. The cheese sauce is unreal. The portion sizes were very good. I felt It was reasonably priced. My wife usually has a small appetite but she demolished all of hers! I ordered the trio of steaks. Each steak had a beautiful flavour and was expertly cooked. So I rated the atmosphere as a 4/5 but this was only because it was quiet. It was 5PM on a Saturday which me and my wife thought was odd but there were a couple of reserved tables likely for later on. However the music, decor and feel was great. If I had to complain about one thing, it is that the server didn't give me option to tip via card and I didn't have any change and they definitely deserve a huge pat on the back. This place deserves to be packed 24/7. Please go and try them, you won't be disappointed or hungry.

   Went here with my wife, it was a reccomend from a friend. Upon arrival it was empty. The owner assured us it was busy on the weekends when we asked. (Always skeptical of an empty restaraunt). There was 2 members of staff who were extremely polite! We ordered our drinks and a few minutes later we ordered our food. The menu has a wide variety to suit everyone's needs from vegetarian to pastas. Steaks and burgers. I ordered the rokka meatball and my wife ordered the BBQ chicken wings for starters. The meatball was shaped like a crispy pancake (remember those?) And it was filled with cheese and covered in a mushroom sauce. It was exceptional! My wife's chicken wings where cooked well. The chicken was good and not dry. The sauce i assume it was homemade as it was extremely tomatoe heavy and it bordered on a bolognese sauce rather than a BBQ but enjoyable nonetheless. For mains I ordered the king burger which was 2 patties and salad and sauce. This comes with steak chips The burgers are home made and it was okay. They was a little on the thick side. This made them a little dry as the cooking needed to ensure they are cooked through out can often dry the meat. The steak chips were just standard frozen chips. I enjoyed my meal nonetheless. My wife ordered the Rokka fillet special with a side order of asparagus. In her words : " its the best thing I've ever eaten!" It was sliced fillet steak with a creamy mash and creamed spinach on top with an almost beef sauce drizzled on top. It was honestly a fantastic meal I was jealous I didn't order it! It was cooked fantastically and the sauce was diabolically good! I wish I ordered it also. The staff was polite and attentive. The atmosphere was basic as there wasn't many people in there. The food was great quality! Would i rcvomend coming here? Yes absoloutetly! I can't wait to get back and try some of the other foods they have to offer!

   We tried their new breakfast menu today. I tried the steak breakfast and it was delicious, two steaks, cooked perfectly with, fried eggs, roast, mushrooms etc all for just under £12! . Their full English didn't disappoint, big portions and very reasonably priced. I especially loved the vegetarian options we tried too, the beetroot and feta on sourdough was phenomenal! Friendly and welcoming , will definitely be returning

   I recently had the pleasure of eating here and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was wonderfully calm with no loud background music, which made for a perfect setting to enjoy a meal and have a conversation. The cleanliness of the place was noticeable and I found the seats to be surprisingly comfortable. We decided to sample a variety of starters, and every single dish great. Although the portions were more tapas-sized, the quality of the food more than made up for it. Each dish was meticulously prepared and the sauces are clearly made in-house, were bursting with flavours. The grilled chicken was the only slight letdown, as it was a bit dry for my taste. However, the wings were a standout - extremely tender and flavorful. If you’re a fan of calamari, you're in for a treat. The calamari had a great crumb, the squid was thick and juicy, not at all rubbery. Another highlight was the cocktails. They were strong, with no skimping on the alcohol Overall, my experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The quiet, clean, and comfortable environment combined with the high-quality flavorful food !ade for a memorable dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, especially to try their steak. A big thank you to the team for the tasty meal and excellent service!

   Don't waste your time. Rude restaurant manager. Booked on Wednesday. Squashed table in the corner, couldn't even get in! Said she couldn't fit the table in and I didn't arrange the tables! What the heck?! Then offered a table for two under the bar! If you don't have space don't take the booking! Didn't feel welcome at all. I also live 5 mins away, so not great being a local resident. Will not be recommending or advising my neighbours to visit in future.

   Food was definitely average. Garlic potatoes were just potatoes and seasoned veg weren’t seasoned. Fillet was delicious and was cooked how I wanted it to be but should definitely come with a side of veg too and not add on for £5. (Side note I added the veg onto the board for the photo as I wouldn’t of took a photo of how it was presented) King burger could have been more flavoursome.

   An amazingly good ribeye. I asked for medium rare and it was perfect. Not at all overdone and lots of flavour. My dad thought his salmon was fabulous. Looking forward to returning.

   Just had an absolutely superb meal at Rokka. Food was delicious & really well prepared. Friendly staff & even got a free drink when I mentioned it was my partners birthday! We will definitely be visiting Rokka again! Great find, lovely restaurant. Highly recommend!
