Wouldn’t even give this a 1 star. So start every time I come to this Maccies they make me park up and wait over an hour just to get near enough my whole order wrong down to things I don’t order or ordered and forgot. Got a delivery food Comes ice cold not fresh at all and missed out on food and they wont do anythong about it. Next time go rice lane or ainteee don’t waste time here.

I don't know which one is worse. This, Aintree or Maghull. Food takes ages, always something missing, not very hot. Massive queues.
Staff were like deer in the headlights as soon as there was a complaint. (There were quite a few angry customers on this visit)
If you want decentish food then go to the bakers dozen next door! Buy one get one for a quid on burgers on Fridays!

Mcdonalds has gone. It is now unable to meet demand. They prioritise Just Eat and Uber deliveries but when ypu get one of them its always either cold or the order is wrong. So on the rare occasion I feel like getting robbed blind for a McDonald's meal, I always try to sit in so that I can go back up when, not if, when, they mess the order up. Unfortunately we had a long day and was travelling back from Manchester so we decided to just get a drive through. Of course we were asked to pull up and park to wait for our meals which amount to almost £30 for 3 happy meals and a "new and amazing" Grinch meal! 10 minutes passed, 20 and then 25 so I decided to go into the restaurant to see what the delay was. It was empty, and i mean empty. They had about 20 just eat orders on the go though so I was left at the counter for a further 5 minutes before someone finally asked had i been served. I explained how long e had been waiting and they said they would check, when he returned he stated they were just waiting on the drinks and he would get them now. Waiting on drinks? So my food is ready and going cold (it was freezing when we did actually get it) because we are waiting g on someone pressing a button on a drinks machine!!? I get the food and return to the car. It was already cold so we decided to just eat it at home and heat it up as usual. But when we got home, what was in my "new and amazing" Grinch meal? A pair of socks. Just socks. No big mac, no chips with gherkin salt. Just a pair of odd socks. Almost £10 that meal was and I got a pair of socks that will go in the bin anyway. Moral of the story? If you REALLY need to eat a McDonald's, then always sit inside. This company has gone.

Absolutely livid am fed up getting food delivered to my house and it’s cold always something missing and today has just put the top hat on it my son ordered a meal and i ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce mayo went to tuck in and there was NO CHICKEN on it .. even if it was my mistake how the hell can they justify charging me nearly £7 for a bun bit of shredded lettuce and 0 mayonnaise “nearly” I have been ringing for nearly 2 hours & no1 will answer .. am so angry my 1 off treat SPOILT put my own mayo on and some of my sons fries out of hunger can’t eat it now

Lucky if they actually have what you ordered on the app aswell!

This is a decent mcdonalds as long as you go yourself and don't order. The food is always spot on when we go through the drive through but I've heard of loads of people ordering for delivery and food/drinks are missing so I rekon the drivers are having themselves a little snack and stealing food. The staff seem decent and always give us extra sauces and never get our order wrong.

No option to put 0 stars !! Staff are so rude, every person had to park up and wait for food and staff had cars parking over spaces marked no entry. Waiting to leave car park and staff had directed a van to park over exit to car park which is already tight to drive out of. An older female member of staff shouted at me to ask if I was waiting for an order, I explained I was trying to leave the car park, to which she replied “if you can’t park your car then don’t buy one”. Literally had nothing to do with what I had told her but she was extremely rude.
