    The staff were really kind to our daughter and her 3 friends on 22/09/24 around 5:30pm. They were out independantly for the first time so was very nice to hear. Thanks to the staff.

    I waited in a huge que that didn't bother me as it's to be expected, however to order a shed load of food to be told when I get to the till, there's no hot drinks, I asked was there no signage or at least told when I started ordering my food she said we don't do that, I said I've seen signs up loads of times when your not taking card payments. Then she proceeded to drop an item of my order and put it in my bag, I didn't kick off or demand another, however she replied well it's covered, I'm sorry but that's a no you ask the customer if they still want it not argue that you think the product is still okay. My food gets 3 stars as I couldn't have a drink to have with it as I don't drink cold drinks.

    Service is usually good however, I had to wait a long time for this sandwich at the drive through today, just to get home and realise there's about 4 chunks of chicken on the sandwich. When I'm paying 6 pounds for a butty I want chicken on the whole thing, not just one mouthful.

    This place is annoying. This was the best Subway I have tasted for a while. Sadly they expect customers to hand over their Card/Phone to pay ad there is no PED by the till. This is illegal and the place needs closing 'til this can be rectified.

    Ordered steak & cheese. The steak was very wet and soaked the bread resulting in it falling apart in my lap. My wife's fell apart as well. Additionally, I was told that I couldn't use my Subway car to get points because the system was down. Disgusting!!!

    Very run down. Almost everything out of stock (mid morning). Door is dangerous (been like that for some time). The bread was far from fresh and was falling apart. Staff don't seem to care in the slightest and is clear standards are not cared about.
