Food delicious and great portions! Sid was our server and he was excellent - so attentive and friendly! Highly recommend and worthwhile pre booking to ensure get a table.
Very popular restaurant in the centre of Hammersmith. Staffs were very friendly and patient. We had Judy to attend our table who was so lovely. Coffee was good and the food was decent.
Did a great job of serving our group of 11. They were quick in taking orders and getting food to the table. There was a good variety of choice on the menu, and the group enjoyed both food and drink. Everything was delicious and efficient. Would definitely return.
We were served by Sid and Shush, who were both absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and welcoming! I really enjoyed their special, Bill’s Buttermilk Chicken Burger, which was packed with flavor, and the Thai Green Curry was equally delicious. For dessert, we had the Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Golden Latte, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. I also really appreciated how they take great care of guests with allergies, clearly labeling dishes with an allergy wooden pin — such a thoughtful touch! Overall, a fantastic experience with amazing food and excellent service. Highly recommended!
We went to Bill’s and really appreciated the atmosphere—a well-balanced mix of modern and classic. However, the food was a bit underwhelming. It might have been a matter of what we ordered, but overall it felt lacking in flavor. That said, it’s a great spot for a quick bite, especially since it’s right next to the theatre.
We were so happy to dine in and were accepted right before the kitchen closed. We had the classic burger with cheese and bacon and the chicken cooked two ways as well as a bottle of wine. Both meals were extremely tasty and the wine was nice and fresh. Customer service was great and the ambiance of the restaurant was also lovely (excellent playlist!). As always, the servers were 10/10! Love dining at Bill’s! Hope to be back soon!!
The restaurant has two floors, the dishes are delicious and fresh, the restaurant offers a large selection of dishes on the menu, including alcohol as well. The service is excellent, the waiters are very nice. The atmosphere is pleasant and warm, the seating is very comfortable.
Amazing place! We went for tea and scones late in the afternoon, and everything was so good that we needed to come back. Next morning we went for oatmeal with some donuts and coffee, and it was even better than the first day! Our waitress (Lauri) was super friendly and helpful (she got us the donuts and coffee before brunch time) and the overall atmosphere of the place was wonderful. Would definitely come back again!
Great food and even better Margarita. Cocktails are fabulous. Sami was excellent and helped with my dietary requirements - his service was brilliant. The service is slow. Chelsea-Lea (name on receipt not sure if its her) was the only consistent person on the floor and was not only managing people coming in but also orders and payments for the tables. Maybe the other staff went out on lunch or there was just no other staff available but then this needs to be remedied. Hats off to Chealsea-Lea for carrying on with a smile and managed to give people the time they needed at each table. She was practically running that place. This was my experience during my visit.
