   Counted 11staff at one point more than customers Food was nothing like the image or description Chips were just warm no crisp got them replaced I had finished everything else before they arrived Drizzle of honey was a deluge which all gathered in the folds of the wrap Pulled chicken was hardly present with an abundance of rock hard croutons huge chunks of pickle swamped in sauce making the lettuce like slime Corn was fine Menus were sticky Observed staff with nothing to do behind the food counter , picking at food clear hand to mouth activity while chatting Another member of serving staff walked across the restaurant with his own plastic cup sucking on the straw … the refilling at the drinks station Checking on the customers was a tick box exercise Even when they removed my plate half full of cold chips and honey soaked wrap … they did not ask why Terrible on every level

   Food generally tasty, positive service experience, however I got food poisoning soon after eating here. Think it was the rice, since it had weird mushy white bits that aren't usually there. Be careful ordering food that could have been reheated but the fresh stuff was delicious.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited Nando's Bromborough and had a great experience overall. I ordered the 10 chicken wings, and they were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I also tried the Portuguese tomato salad for the first time, and it was a pleasant surprise, very fresh and tasty. However, I did notice that some of the usual Nando's sauces were missing, especially the extra hot and the lemon & herb sauces, which are my favorites. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the atmosphere was a bit noisier than I would have liked this time around. Despite that, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely be visiting again!

   Visiting the area, I called up to book, but not required just walk-ins accepted. Told it would be 30-40mins wait, so went next door to Harvester grabbed a pint..I had the Peri Peri Chicken Brocoli coleslaw rice, sweet potato wedges Spiced really good for starters, & their Portuguese beers were nice & refreshing. Restaurant was busy all night, we didn't rush atmosphere was great low lighting was more relaxing. All staff were great, only issue was my friends corn on cob was very cold, asked to reheat , & it took ages, we asked again a member of staff where it was, & they sent the manager who did resolve the issue & apologised.

   Waited for 45 mins to receive food which was cold on arrival. Chicken was tough an dry which had most definitely been left waiting on the counter. Would not recommend.

   My friends absolutely loves this place, I'm not the biggest fan as in the past I had a really nice vegetable burger and none of the current vegetable burgers are nice. Personal preference though, just wish the was more selection. LOVE the hallumi tho

   Poor customer service, terrible tasting and not good value for money. We order the butterfly chicken which was described as "two chicken breasts, flame-grilled with crispy skin." and 2 sides, wings and drinks.for a total of around £25 Chef must have mistaken the 2 chicken breast as described for a hummingbird and then proceeded to good them until they were incredibly dry. When we mentioned the complaint to a waitress she simply laughed and moved on. Broccoli was tasty as were the wings.

   Super staff and manager. We arrived just after 22:00. They had all the time for us. We weren't rushed or made to feel it was time to leave. They don't have all the menu to hand as it was the end of the day but they were prepared to make whatever we wanted so long as we didn't mind waiting. Now, about the food. We chose something different. Four (4) off the bone wings with two regular (small) sides. I had supergrain and macho peas. The only problem was my Nando's app kept crashing. This had nothing to do with the actual restaurant. Sorry but cannot give 5 out of 5 but it came close, very close.
