Bag packed badly items had been shaken around in the containers. Little moons mochi cheesecake turned up inedible if I'm honest, just threw them away.
Just bought a honi poke and a ramen to take away. The lady gave me a bag broken and after 20 m all the food fell out on the floor. I have called them and instead of an apology the hang the call. Amazing that was my son an my lunch
I ordered a Chirashi Don and a separate squid sashimi(forgot to take a pic of it, I was very hungry) on deliveroo. I was impressed with the quality of the seafood, it tasted fresh and delicious! The portion of rice at the bottom was perfect and made me feel full. It was a bit on the pricier side, but for the quality of food I have eaten I can understand why. Very happy, please keep this standard and I will keep coming back and recommend to friends
Ordered via Ubereats. Read the reviews before ordering and fancied trying to a local place. Sadly very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. If you’re after a bowl filled predominantly with rice and loaded with the most awful sauce (you might as well sprinkle chilli powder and Mayo onto your food instead of having the chill and garlic sauce and siracha Mayo) then this is the place for you! Small gesture of having the sauce provided on the side would have avoided having to throw away an entire poke bowl because it was drowned in sauce. Toppings are given very sparingly (3 prices of mango and a tablespoon of edamame beans if that). Plus points ingredients were fresh and delivery quick (although this was off peak).
I love me some Honi Poke! The poke trend has somewhat come and gone, but Honi Poke continues to deliver outstanding, fresh, healthy bowls. This location in Fulham is exceptionally good. I love the build your own concept because it allows me to add the fruit, proteins, and additional toppings of my choice. The marinated seaweed is an incredible addition! Being able to also choose my base of sushi or brown rice, veg slaw, greens or a combination, also allows me to control my carbon intake. Makes for a complete meal!
As this is my local poke place, I have been coming regularly for over a year! However, the rise in prices and the really inconsistent training of staff is becoming a problem. Today, my protein was definitely 1/3 less than normal! When I pointed that out, I was asked if I wanted to pay extra. All in all, better training and more consistency is needed!
Nice place for a quick lunch. Customer service is good and poke even better.

I simply love their poke bowls! Usually order them on Deliveroo, but got the chance to visit their store today, meet Anna and her team. Will keep getting my poke from there.
Good experience I ordered two different bowls, maybe the presentation looks a bit poor but the taste was really good and the quality of ingredients super fresh and clean.
