   Always have a great experience here. Staff very welcoming and friendly, both on phone when ordering and when we go in to pick up. Food quick to collect and hot! Good value - chips portion generous (we share 1 between 2) and a small donner kebab generously sized.

   Food is a solid 2 stars, standard takeaway food, nothing to complain about. Roast potatoes were ice cold, soggy and absolutely rank, garlic bread delicious crispy and banging, pizza was awful and tasted of a freezer. I have a massive issue with the delivery. If you choose ‘leave at door’ delivery, surely they should follow through. We’ve ordered three times and they’ve never followed the delivery request. We’ve left delivery notes through the app, done everything, it’s ignored every time. They always knock. We don’t come from a nice family and their ignorance of the delivery instructions has resulted in consequences. Flames, your food is OK. But can you please ask your drivers to follow the delivery instructions. Sometimes it means more than you think. Won’t order again, but be mindful of why your customers might request you don’t knock.
