Popped in for a quick lunch for our child’s birthday. Dominic was our waiter and made every extra effort to make our child feel special. Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant spotless! Thank you!
Had a team dinner there, everyone enjoyed all 3 courses and our waiter Chris was very attentive and helpful with the dietary requests. Food was all lovely and the Christmas menu had some good options
I loved my waiter Anna! She was so friendly and kind and attentive and we spoke together in Greek a little bit (I’m living in Greece now). What a joy to have such a nice person to talk to :) and the pizzas here are delicious of course, as ever! But this is my first time reviewing because I wanted to say how happy I was to meet Anna and speak some Greek!
I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Express Barnet today! A friendly waitress Karola, provided excellent service with a smile. She was attentive, professional, and polite, making me feel at ease while dining on my own . The other customers seemed pleased too, as she efficiently attended to the tables. The food was delicious and served promptly, which was a big plus. The atmosphere was lovely, with great background music adding to the ambiance. I'll definitely be back to Pizza Express Barnet soon!

Setting off from Central London to the outer wilderness of High Barnet was a shock to the system as the temperature seemed to drop by ten degrees, however, not even the cold could deter me from reaching my next destination on the quest to visit every Pizza Express in London...as I ventured far north. Welcome to the Barnet branch! This was a wonderful evening with close friends and one of my most enjoyable trips so far.... Quality of food: 18/20 The dough balls were deliciously warm and the garlic butter helped them to melt in the mouth. My Pollo Pesto with no mushrooms was delectable; it was lovely to have some variety in the texture of the pasta. Finally, the generous helping of chocolate brownie Dolcetti added the perfect finish with a heart-warming cup of tea! Atmosphere: 16/20 The high ceilings (although rather plain) gave the restaurant a fine acoustic and I found the interesting art work absorbing, including that of the great Elvis Presley. The wine bottle display shelf was impressive. This restaurant will shortly be undergoing refurbishment work but will only be closed for a brief period. Staff friendliness and efficiency: 19/20 I was impressed with how welcoming the staff were from the outset, including allowing me to lay out seven Cadbury Cream Eggs for my friends before they arrived. I was asked whether I would like a drink whilst waiting for the other guests and our waitress made us feel very welcome for the entire duration. Cleanliness: 17/20 The restaurant was clean and it was welcoming to find our table set up and ready to go with laid out menus before the booking time. The refurbishment will no-doubt help the development of the facilities and restaurant ambience. Overall enjoyment: 18/20 What can be better than an evening out with great friends and lots of laughter? Thank you Pizza Express, Barnet, for being host to a memorable evening. Tonight my family of 5 had an amazing meal and drinks. We had Starters, Mains and Desserts, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. From the moment we arrived at 7 30pm we were greeted by Anna and David who continued to be attentive to us throughout the next hour and a half. We spent extra time there having Mint Tea, so delicious with real mint leaves. We will certainly be returning to Barnet Pizza Express within the next few weeks. From Sheila Sheridan
Son chose to go here for his during the week birthday dinner. The restaurant was quite full, but a nice atmosphere. Service was ok, slightly chaotic due to orders going out and lots of delivery guys in helmets waiting around. The service team were polite but not organised. They could do with one person directing everyone else. Food was hot and looked good and tasted nice. It was an ok night out.
I have been visiting this restaurant for years just how long I have been living in Barnet. Very nice people work there. Always polite, attentive, good with kids. Very clean place. Nice smells around, always good vibes. One of the nicest restaurants in High Barnet
My chicken wings were pure pink and our waiter was extremely rude when I said I'm not eating them. Shouting at me telling me there is nothing wrong with them. I am happy however with the way the manager delt with the situation. We often eat at pizza express but since Enfield shut down we've had a bad experiences.
