   Absolutely amazing food. Really well presented and full of flavour. We were so impressed. Until we ordered coffee and were told that the machine is broken. Hmmm, how on earth did anyone make coffee before machines were invented? Any good restaurant manager would troubleshoot that situation in advance no problem... and I don't mean by offering us instant (unsure if they actually planned on charging us for instant as we obviously declined).

   Today was the launch of the Elixir Breakfast and I have to say the experience was simply superb. The food was amazing and I have to say it was one of the best full English breakfasts I have had in years. Everyone made us feel welcome and there was plenty of space in the restaurant, this provided a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy the breakfast provided. I have dined at Elixir for evening meals in the past and was impressed so it was no surprise that the quality of food and service has carried over for the new breakfast service. 100% I will return and 100% I recommend Elixir’s Breakfast.

   A great place for a nice, classy, dining experience - the decor is very classy and the staff are really friendly, welcoming, and accomodating. The menu offers a great diversity of small plates, including a dedicated vegan menu, cooked to perfection from quality ingredients, and served with imagination and style. The menu also has an excellent range of high quality drinks, from lagers and craft beers, to wines, spirits and liqueurs, and a range of delicious cocktails. This restaurant is a vibrant social hub of the beautiful Oxton Village, totally recommend whatever the occasion.

   Nice atmosphere, some seriously fun cocktails and fairly average food. We were seated right in front of an air con blowing cold air into our faces. Staff helpfully turned it down, but it kept coming back on every 10-15min.
