I ordered from here last weekend (salt and pepper chicken). Took it home. Some of the chicken wasn’t cooked. I realised too late. I then spent the next 3/4 days with horrid food poisoning.
Have started using Wok 1 and food always been lovely, not sure if they have changed the chef but last 2 weeks been very disappointed! Chips over cooked and hard and food cold !
Ordered a very large (15 people ) takeaway this evening and just wanted to say a very big thank you. Not only was all the food fabulous but right from ordering the staff were really helpful and efficient. The food was well packaged , ready on time and really generous portions with lots of meat in the dishes. Probably the best crispy duck ever! Thank you again - you helped make my fathers 90th birthday party a success
Fantastic food at reasonable prices. I had a long wait for my food this evening, 45 minutes but it was well worth it. These people really work hard and were swamped with orders, I sincerely recommend this place.
Last time I went here they hadn’t cooked my prawn toast properly and it was raw in the middle but I let them off as I have used this place loads before. But then tonight I waited for at least twenty minutes before they even asked what I wanted. I asked how long the food I wanted would take and they said at least twenty more minutes so I walked out with some chips that I don’t even want. A big fat waste of my time! Never using this place again. I should have complained about the raw prawn toast last time. You deserve it now
Awful .. Chop suey rolls were filled with what I can only describe as shredded veg I.e carrot and cabbage, tasteless and disgusting! Beef and blackbean sauce dish was also tasteless and runny ... not like other Chinese takeaways.
Excellent food served by hard working friendly staff Great portions and excellent value for money
1st time having fish and chips from here. Absolutely awful. Fish looked lovely till I opened it up. Fish was just batter with a bit of mush inside, chips under cooked. Won’t be eating from here again.
