Waited 15 minutes at the bar for a bottle of coca cola, which was £5.06 for 200ml. The guy behind the bar served 3 people while I was waiting and ignored my order until I had to ask for the 3rd time where it was. There were about 12 people in the whole bar in total at this time so I was extremely confused as to why it would take that long to open a bottle of coke and pass it to me... Alright music outside in the terrace tho.

Our first Lattes’ when arriving in London. We had a quick bite to eat. A tuna sandwich and skinny fries and onion rings. Friendly staff nice decor and charming music with some Christmas mixed in. Very cozy place attached to our hotel.

I had read the reviews and they were awful, but our experience was lovely! Very nice food, standard prices and great cocktails. No problem at all

We were staying at the Leonardo Royal hotel and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant as more convenient. What a mistake! Food was awful and overpriced. I ordered a chicken Caesar Salad and French fries. The salad was extremely disappointing and made me sick the whole night. The French fries were only chips, not thin French fries at all! My husband ordered the soup with sandwiches which were even more disappointing. The worst of all was the prices for the drinks. They did not give us the drink menu before hand so did not check prices. We ordered 2 Diet Cokes and when 2 tiny bottles arrived, we were quite bemused! When the bill came and we saw these 2 tiny cokes (200ml=1 glass) were £4 each, we were quite shocked. It was ridiculous!

Asked for a cider, got a beer Asked for medium rare steak, was basically well done Asked for bread to be out first for starters and got it out with my main meal Only go here to ask directions to a better restaurant

The menu was limited, so I thought the dishes must all be great. I fancied a burger and for almost £17, I expected something great. It was only OK and tasted like it was just a store bought burger. I could have easily gone elsewhere, paid lots less and had a superb burger (I will next time). The desert wasn't much better either and the service slow. Although I blame the service on under staffing... I would recommend just stepping out if the hotel into one of the local and cheaper restaurans with more choice.

Even 1 star is too much. There were only 3 people in the restaurant (me and my partner , and another guy on the other table). My partner ordered a teryaki , there was no rice just the meat.way too expensive for just that.I ordered a bento box (first time). It was okay but alsof too expensive for just rice and chicken. But after the meal a waitress came (very unfriendly) . I had eaten something I didn't order (It was for the other table (sorry but how can a waitress mix orders between 2 tables ).I did not know but she was accusing me in a very unfriendly manner.I agreed to pay for it friendly as I am ( I would have payed anyway because I am a honest guy that is why I give a honest review ).Avoid this restaurant

“All you can eat” sounds more like a bet. We lost it. The “sushi” was not fresh at all and poorly made, the rice around it was warm. 1 liter of water was £6. Worst sushi of my life, I am traumatised. At least the waitress was very kind.

We went at 5pm because we bought a groupon and you're just allowed to attend after that hour. Of course the sushi wasn't fresh at all. Some of them were even soggy. But the worst thing and the reason why I'm writing this review is because there was a fly inside the tuna sushi. A huge fly inside flying under the lit. This has been with no doubt the worst sushi experience in my life. So sad because even when it was a groupon, it costs us 30 pounds.
