   Amazing place with a great vibe and delicious food! I came here last night and ordered the La Fortezza Pizza and King Prawn Soup, both were absolutely amazing. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me in choosing from the menu. Great attitude, excellent food, and a beautiful interior. Highly recommended!

   I recently dined at La Fortezza, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I ordered the Pizza La Fortezza, and it truly lived up to its name, simply amazing. I had a few special topping requests, and the staff handled it perfectly. The lady who served me made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it; she kindly wrote down my specifications and passed them to the chef, and the result was flawless. The atmosphere at La Fortezza is warm and welcoming. You can feel the friendliness the moment you walk in. To finish off my meal, I tried a dessert, and it was the best. Rich flavor, perfect texture, and the ideal sweet ending to an excellent meal. Highly recommended for authentic Italian flavors, great service, and a lovely dining environment. I will definitely be returning!

   Absolutely wonderful evening at La Fortezza. Great vegetarian options; the staff even let me have a vegetarian calzone despite it not being on the menu. Fine for those with peanut allergies, and great selection of desserts. The atmosphere was lovely but the thing that made La Fortezza stand out from all of the other restaurants was the service. We were served by a lovely girl with silver hair and another girl with curly hair. Both of them were absolutely wonderful and made us feel so comfortable, being kind and personable and never making us feel rushed. We’ll be going back purely because of that- the girls are an asset to the restaurant and made our evenings fantastic!

   Lovely building and ambience. Very tasteful atmosphere - busy, good music and great decor. Was a little cold when we arrived but we asked for the heating - they put it on and it warmed up very quick. Food was exceptional - lovely presentation and fantastic quality. Highly recommend and will return.

   Absolutely fantastic. 5* service all round. The manager and staff are incredible and the food is just out this world. Me and my family will be returning often and instantly booked for Boxing Day.    La Fortezza is a picturesque building next to Newmillerdam, everything else however was relatively average unfortunately, it's not complaint worthy though. So to elaborate on my view, here are some concise thoughts: 1. I got a selection of breads as a starter, was incredibly basic, no olive oil or balsamic vinegar to go with it so very dry. 2. Fillet steak was pretty good, cooked well. 3. Desert was ice cream with meringue pieces on, again wasn't special, came with a limoncello shot on the side, I mean it is what it is. Service wise, everyone was friendly and attentive, they didn't quite get one of our order correct, but nothing to complain about. All in all it was okay

   From the moment you walk in to here it feels welcoming, the staff are polite and attentive, can not fault any one of them. A lot of restaurants could learn a thing or two from the staff here! Now to the food, we have eaten here before, but it just gets better! Everything was superb, cooked to perfection, in fact I would say it is the best Italian I have ever eaten at. Thank you for a great meal and a great service, you and your staff should be proud. We will see you again.
