   Voluez vous Parlez avec moi, Ce soir? Goes the PG version of Lady Marmalade - the song popularised by Christina Aguilera et al's 2001 cover for Baz Luhrmann's Moulin Rouge. This has zero relevance to Parlez, the bar and restaurant adjacent to Brockley overground station, I just liked the idea of it. Parlez (bar and restaurant) is a great bar and restaurant and a lovely place to stop by for drinks, food and more if you are in the area. Service is quick and friendly. We ordered the Sharing Mezze thing for 2 opting for the Chicken and Lamb. Both of these were delicious as were the other aspects of the meal (bread, olives, various dips). Good range of drinks and the toilets were nicely decorated, clean and flushed well when prompted. I would come back here for food, drinks and more. They sometimes show the football on a big screen when it's important (World cup etc).

   Had a Sunday breakfast there with my wife. There were a couple of empty tables outside when we arrived, but we checked in with one of the hosts who told us to choose any table we want. Once we chose ours, she promptly brought us the menus and a jug of tap water with 2 glasses. We decided on our food and drinks quickly: I had a full English breakfast, whereas my wife had a French toast with bacon and maple syrup and a flat white. The coffee was the first to arrive and then the food, all within 10 minutes and it looked appetising, but nothing out of the ordinary. The only thing missing was the check-back, which is why I'm giving it 4/5 stars. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a good place in Brockley for a quick bite.

   Good brunch. Very good prices for what’s offered on brunch. Would recommend when in the area. The coffee was just ok though. The bacon sandwich was filled very well.

   Had a last Sunday drink here. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Loved the nibbles. Fresh and tasty.

   Food was very good, strange chips not served with a burger but anywa. But the service was bizarre. At least 3 wait staff were working, but the 2 ladies didn't seem to do anything, including seating guests, taking payments and ignored the bell for a meal being ready. The male server was the only one doing anything
