   The food from Indian 1 is excellent and each dish was fresh and tasty. They also popped a few complimentary poppadum and chutneys in, which was a nice surprise. The quality of the food was excellent and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again. I ordered a delivery to my hotel which turned up just after the estimated time sent via their website. The delivery man called me from reception and was friendly.

   Ordered a Tikka Masala basmati rice chicken biryani with masala sauce and 2 plain nan the food arrived 25 minutes later woooowwwww it was amazing the best biryani I've had from there and I've had a few it was delicious tender and the nan was amazing

   I ordered a takeaway from here to give it a try from our usual place and im sad to say im so disappointed. I got a special mixed biryani and it were just full of mushrooms and only a tiny bit of meat. Not a lot of taste either. I also got the garlic king prawns starter (£6) and there were only 2 prawns in it surrounded by sauce. Sorry to say but really not impressed and will stick to our usual Indian in future.

   Ordered food over an hour and 45 minutes ago. The food still hadn't arrived. When I rang to chase the colleage was rude and would only tell me "were waiting for the driver" I've ordered from here over 20 times, but this will definitely be the last. Update the food turned up, cold and half spilt over the side of the packaging

   Food is always amazing and great service. I don’t think you can eat in anymore but when you could the staff were so nice and friendly! Takeaway is always hot and food is unreal. Wouldn’t order from any other Indian

   Moved to leigh over a year ago tried a few of the indian takeaways around the town and Indian 1 has to be the best. Great food. Delivery fast and I have been into collect a few times and the staff are so friendly make it feel homely. even showed me the kitchen very clean! Big plus for me. Recommend to anyone

   Very poor service.two hours and forty five minutes, 5 phone calls being told it's on its way. Was only 2 items both barely warm and nan overdone. Hope you're not Hungry. We were told it was out for delivery and should be with us with in 5 minutes on the first call. On the second call you then said it had not come through. Still took another 3 calls, being told its on its way. So not all down to Uber eats delay in sending order through and were they responsible for burnt nan and barely warm food

   Usually bang on from here, but one of my favourite part of an Indian is the garlic nann... Safe to say it was closer to a deadly weapon than something I'd eat. Quite disappointed.
