   I like this pizza hut, very convenient being next to the cinema and the food is pretty good. Salad bar and ice cream machine is also nice to have here. Staff are good and the service is pretty good especially for a pizza restaurant. Such a huge shame to find out today that this and almost every pizza hut restaurant in London is closed for good. I will miss this restaurant a lot

   I came to the restaurant with my friend and we ordered a bundle a eight sliced pizza with dry salad that had a open buffet with soggy carrots no sauce for the salad and all the veg was out of date you can tell by the look of it. We also had dirty cups come to us with filthy cutlery. The whole food and drink put us both off. We paid 47.50 for a one star place. This is a disgrace !!!!!

   Had the buffet option here. Stephanie, the General Manager went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing. She was super attentive and provided us with the best customer service. Food was of 10/10 quality. Not bad for the price! Quite spacious and lovely atmosphere.

   Shocking. The pizza is £18 and it's tiny! We ordered a regular and we received a small. When confronted, the staff told me that the size we got is regular, even though the box says small ( and the pizza is much smaller than the box). Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere.

   Really fresh & delicious - especially when you order what you want and don’t leave it at the mercy of the buffet options! You NIST try their new hot honey wings, so so good! Customer service was great and the atmosphere was great too, it’s a very quiet place when you don’t go during buffet time so you get to enjoy even better customer service and food. The brownie dessert? I would go back there for that alone anytime!

   My family and I decided to do a meal deal with two pizzas and two sides: vegetarian pizza & pepperoni pizzas, onion rings, and cheese bites. Not only were we given garlic bread instead of the cheese bites, but our vegetarian pizza looked like someone had thrown it in the bin, fished it back out, and then delivered it to us—not only was it hopelessly mangled (see photos) but it was also barely room temperature. Absolutely would not order delivery from this location again, and if I could give zero stars, I would.

   Came here for my daughter’s 9th birthday with a few of her friends and we all loved the Pizza Hut experience. We was greeted by Chloe and she was welcoming, very polite and helpful. Pizza and salad was banging as you would expect from Pizza Hut. Definitely be going back.

   My experience in Pizza Hut was an ok one, not amazing but ok. We were seated by one of the waiting staff who if I'm being honest gave the impression he would rather be anywhere but here. Not once during our meal did he ask if we needed anything (which is usually customary) or how our meal was (again which is usually customary). When we asked him for some cutlery he brought it over, but wasn't exactly polite, not rude, but just seemed off. The food was good, it's not Michelin star but it is a good eat none the less, I had a lasagne which was piping hot, it was reasonably well presented, but again not Michelin star. The salad bar was fully stocked, I had a few servings which is a nice addition to your meal. I'd recommend this Pizza Hut, the ambience needs working on however, they do play music which helps, maybe the fact it wasn't busy reflects my atmosphere scoring.

   The place has gone downhill! I thought it was closed when I walked up. The place was quiet and dull. The toilets were disgusting I'm sorry i have to be honest. The food was ok but at £32 they have to do better! My local pizza spot does a delicious pizza for half the price! The payment situation has to change tipping before you get served is a scam. I felt robbed tipping as much for an average service and they didn't even say thanks! I see this place going if they don't change asap maybe change into a sports bar and serve cocktails with the pizzas.
