   I visited Nando’s in Enfield Retail Park with my two children, plus a friend and her son, on a busy, rainy day and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were greeted and seated. Despite the crowd, service was efficient and friendly. Ordering via the QR code took a little longer than expected due to reception issues, and my friend had to order at the till, but staff handled it smoothly. Our food arrived in reasonable time. I had the Mediterranean salad with plant-based strips; the leaves were a little wilted, but the rest of the dish was fine. Overall, Nando’s is consistently a pleasant experience — you know what you’re getting, and the food is typically fresh. It’s decent value for money, though perhaps slightly overpriced for what it is.

   There is ample parking so location is great to grab a healthy-ish meal after shopping, on the go or to meet friends. The service is really good - I was asked where I want to sit and the food came out quickly. Although the staff can't really control the behaviour of customers, customers with poor spacial awareness and customers with children who are constantly up and about by your plate can make for an uncomfortable dining experience.

   I went to Nando’s recently with a friend after not going for a while, and it was a great experience. We got a table straight away, and the food didn’t take long to come out. Everything tasted really good. The staff were friendly too. When one of them came over to clear our plates, we had a nice chat about some of the challenges they deal with. It made me realize that when things are slow sometimes, it’s not really their fault. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal and I’m glad I went back.

   I had an excellent experience at Nando’s. The food was cooked to perfection — the chicken was tender, flavorful, and seasoned beautifully with their signature PERi-PERi spice. The sides were fresh and well-prepared, and everything was served promptly. The staff- Cabbar and ali were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a great energy without feeling too busy. Nando’s consistently delivers high-quality food and service. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family.

   Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! The food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted delicious. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. A special mention to Cabbar, who went above and beyond — so professional, polite, and genuinely made our experience even better. You can tell he really cares about his guests. We’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommend!

   Went to Nando’s on the 5th Jan at 6pm and they were out of stock of everything. No rice, corn and a few more items. Good thing they had chicken and chips! Better stock management is needed. How can they not have at least half of the menu if you exclude the chicken and chips

   This branch is always buzzing the staff are lovely and waiting to help make your experience lovely. Food... is so nice a succulent I visit alot. I don't eat meat anymore and the vegan and vegetarian options are perfect for me

   Nandos is a great food place if you like a bit of spice & a bit of chicken. Although I did have halloumi & mushroom dish ;) we went for a lunch, not to busy, food came up fairly quickly. Nice staff. There’s a car park just next to it. Toilets were reasonable. Child friendly. They do bottomless where you buy a soft fizzy drink & top up if you need to. They also have self serving service - you need to get your own cutlery & choose your own sauces, which I enjoy. They’re a sink to wash your hands prior to eating. Nando’s also has a Nando’s card, useful to save up points. The only thing I would say is it needs a bit of upgrade, the seating areas/tables need to be upgraded, they look a bit tired, scratched, worn up. The places was clean otherwise. I would definitely recommend it.
