   I have to report that the food quality has gone down a lot recently. We have used this shop for many years but the last few orders have been very sub standard the chips seem that they are always recooked and not fresh also the kebabs have little taste to them. So will have to try a new venue for the future.

   Best value for your money around. The Donner Meal Number 5 is like carrying a baby in your hands.....weighty. Lots of meat, and a truck load of chips and a drink. I save some meat for the next day as it's just too much... don't tell them tho. I Tried one of their pizzas today,,, magnifico, everything was cooked equally, a perfect melting in your mouth sensation and experience. I don't go anywhere else. Great friendly staff that I now consider friends. Big hearts, big portions, big up from me.

   Nice and decent kebab, everything is freshly cooked on the grill apart from the doner of course, the lamb shish is particularly good! Not the most expensive and good for the price. Has a few tables and chairs inside if you want to eat in there but it’s definitely not a restaurant. Recommend you just want a simple kebab as a takeaway.

   Great stuff. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. They didn't have knives though. The staff kept on looking at me when I got the forks. They even had little toy machines.

   Ordered food at 630pm turnt up just afer 830pm . Everything was stone cold, chips were like cardboard. Lamb Kebab unseasoned and tasteless. Chicken kebab was seasoned but again was stone cold. Also got part of the order wrong, Burgers wrong. To sum it up , we payed £40 for stone cold tasteless food which turnt up after 2hours. I will never order here again. If i could give 0 stars I would.

   Made a order on uber eats waited 35 minutes for delivery when it arrived was missing x2 kebabs and a portion of chips so contacted big portion by phone to be told no problem we will redeliver your order then to look on uber eats 5 minutes later big portion decided to cancel the order i then phoned back big portion to ask if they canceled the order all i got was err yes. Maybe get your orders right rather then mess people around
