   Used this place for years but stopped about a year ago because something had changed with the chips, they were pale and dry so I didn’t return. This evening someone else in my household fancied pie and chips so I went to get it for them and took a chance. I’m glad I did because the chips are back to how they should be! Proper old school golden greasy chips, some soggy some crispy! They were perfect! You have my custom back if the chips are consistently like this now.

   I have been a customer for at least 10years now, food is always fresh, chips nice & crispy, staff have always been welcoming and friendly. Has also been refurbished, so a clean & pleasant atmosphere.

   I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and had never tried this shop until today. I’ve driven past it or seen it when visiting nearby shops, but it never tempted me in. We decided to give it a go today and ordered a large cod, chips, a kids meal, and calamari. The total came to £30.60. The guy with the beard serving was fantastic—very polite and helpful. The lady on the till, however, can only be politely described as 'boorish'. At first, she didn’t want to add the kids meal, saying it was too small or "not for me," even though I’d already ordered a large meal and extra items. She eventually added it, but very hesitantly. The food took about 10 minutes to come out. The chips were nice and fresh, but the calamari was slightly overcooked and quite greasy. The fish was very meaty but not very tasty. I might have considered trying it again, but the woman on the till put me off any future visits.

   Man was on the phone in his language, must be something more important than the business I suppose… He had his phone in his hand than started cooking my food than handled the his phone before dipping his fingers in the butter no need to wash his hand as I suppose they sterilise their phones regularly on the premises. Also they great on zero wastage they even sell yesterday’s food nothing goes to bin, how can you serve two different sausages to the same customer?!?!

   Came here tonight for the first time in a few years… I have to say the fish was fresh, chips were golden and clean. I have absolutely no complaints of the food served tonight to me. Although a little mix up with the staff taking my order they got there in the end. Hidden little gem for a chippy, if you haven’t tried it please give them a go!

   This place was good before but went there Friday evening and got a large cod and chips, all looked well cooked and crispy but when I got home the cod was all wet inside like it was cooked from frozen.. I’m now recovering from food poisoning.. I’m not a stranger to fish and chips and never in my life have I seen a cooked cod wet inside.

   This is still the best fish bar in bromley , the food is amazing!! we accidentally didn’t get the right order which we placed on line , so I called them up and within 5 minutes it had been corrected & delivered .. understandably they must be super busy ~ jubilee holiday , so we really appreciated the quickness so we could all eat our food together !!!

   We have tried the food here twice within a month and both times have been not so great.. The first time it was really busy so we gave it another go as wasn't fair judgement however its not as good as it used to be. We found the fish greasy, the chips were brown and the sausage was really hard and dried out.

   Great food but a bit disappointed in my last three orders. Ordered large cod and got small ones via Uber eats. Not great for £26. Normally get nice size ones when I go and pick it up myself
