Lovely little oasis of calm in the shopping centre. I’ve been twice; had a jacket potato and a baguette and both were very fresh and tasty; lovely oat cappuccino; friendly and swift service; clean tables and seating areas and good value for money. It’ll be my go to when in the area from now on as it has such a diverse menu too.

Anytime I’m in Bromley this is the first place I look for. Food is fresh and presented beautifully. I go for the chicken, cheese, salad panini. Went in ordered with the guy I saw first. He say “don’t worry I make nice for you”. I wanted to wait while he made it because I wanted it to be done correctly. He say “no darling go and pay because food will get cold if queue gets long”. I asked for no bacon or tomato. Paid, sat down drinking my cappuccino, panini comes and theres bacon in it. Went back to the counter, he put food straight In the bin. What a waste of food, I absolutely hate to see food wasted. While he was making me another one, I was watching him at the counter while looking back at the table where I left my cappuccino and the waitress was wiping my table and moving my tray. I had to leave the counter, go back to the table to tell the waitress that I’m not finished yet. Kinda felt rushed, but this would not have happened if he got my order right in the first place. Now my cappuccino went cold on me. Was a bit disappointed. To think where I came from, to travel to Bromley to enjoy cafe Giardino. I was not impressed as how I was expecting.

Poor service, overpriced and not taste at all. My 3 years old kid makes better scrambled eggs on toast. Latte coffee tasted like dirty water of the amount of iced it was in it. + £20 for what it is on the picture.

This place is always busy, in fact you’d struggle to get a table any day at lunch time. The food is always good and fresh- prepared right in front of you. The jacket potatoes are huge! Our go-to are the paninis and baguettes and they have a wide variety of fresh and delicious fillings. They fill the sarnies to the brim and they can be toasted. Yum! We recommend the cray fish and avocado and the chicken, sweetcorn and bacon options. The sandwiches used to come with a small side salad but they scrapped that. A shame for the price. The coffee is expensive and mediocre in our humble opinions. In fact, the only downside to this place is the price. It’s EXPENSIVE! Two sandwiches, a coffee and a cold drink set up back £25. Which could get us table service at one of the many lovely cafes in Bromley. This is always a good option if you want a tasty lunch but remember to come with full pockets!

The food always tastes amazing. Even when busy it still feels nice sitting in there. When the weather is hotter, we enjoy sitting on the balcony area. Every friend or family member I take with me to this cafe has the same opinion and comment, "we are coming back". (The spaghetti and meatballs are absolutely mouth watering!!)

Food is good but staff making sandwich never get the order completely right so make sure you keep it simple. Also worth keeping an eye out for plastic in the food as we found on our most recent visit. It's a popular and busy place and they may want to consider a new service system

Sunday morning few hours free in Bromley and decided to have breakfast there. Opted to have avocado toast and poached eggs. As I’m gluten intolerant, I asked to serve it with gluten free bread, as such option was available. I’m deeply disappointed as not only the presentation was poor, but everything was completely tasteless. Seems they have the smallest and most horribly tasting gluten free bread available. Everything was blunt, no seasoning, not even slat & pepper, not even a bit of lime in avocados, not a flake of chilli, absolutely nothing. Just tasteless stuff on my plate. Not sure whether anyone chefs there actually have tried the food they serve themselves. It’s nothing but huge disappointment and complete waste of money. Will avoid this place in future.

As a family, we always look forward to having lunch at Giardino when shopping in Bromley. The food is always fresh, the service is professional and polite, and the restaurant is clean. The only downside is that it can be difficult to find a table at peak times, but that is the price of success. The prices are not low but for freshly made, high quality food, they are reasonable. Highly recommend!
