Not authentic food. I ordered jollof rice with jerk wings (1.5 wing cut in to 3 pieces for £2) and fried rice with stew chicken. Fried rice did not taste at all like fried rice and the stew chicken sauce just tasted of tomato. I did not enjoy the meal at all.
Passed by the restaurant couple of times and never had the chance to come in and taste them. Decided to give it a go. The restaurant was opened a month ago and definitely worth mentioning. It is located at the back of the Stratford Mall quite hidden from main area. For those looking on some great West African Nigerian cuisine, this place is to be. The Jollof rice and grilled beef were cooked nicely. The grilled fish can be a bit hard probably left for some time. Fried plantain is always nice! Do come for a try if you want some authentic exotic African dish.
