   My family and I had a great experience at GBK, staff were helpful and kind, and food was reasonably priced. In particular I had very heart warming experience with other customers and who I assume was the branch manager. A couple on a nearby table were very kind to my family and I, and so I went to the bar to buy them a drink. Upon explaining this to the manager, he was very kind to me too, and it really made me feel that good deeds were being passed on. Not to sound cheesy, but it kind of gave me some faith in humanity to an extent. I would definitely come back again!

   We visited GBK Stratford on Tuesday, not sure what to expect as we haven’t been for a few years. My son has a nut allergy, so we couldn’t order via the tablet, but the manager (in the purple shirt) took our order, carefully checked his allergies, and made us feel at ease. The food arrived quickly and was delicious - some of the juiciest burgers we’ve had in a while! What really stood out was the exceptional customer service from everyone, especially the manager who checked in during our meal. We’ll definitely visit again - and the spotless toilets were a bonus!

   Came here with some mates and the food was very nice. Super juicy burgers and the fries were super tasty too. The team were running around like headless chickens as it’s a massive venue and there weren’t enough of them. There were some issues with our order but the manager sorted it out (young guy) and was super sweet. The other waiters were all also lovely. Thank you!

   The food was amazing, everything tasted fresh and full of flavour! The onion rings are an absolute must, perfectly crispy and delicious. Big shoutout to Billy, who was amazing and super nice! Great service all around!

   The two guys at the counter were kinda rude. I ordered a classic cheese burger medium to go(6/19), but when I got home, look what they gave me - the whole bottom bun was completely burnt. Twelve bucks for this garbage? And it tasted like crap! Never coming back to this joint.

   Visited on a Saturday around midday in October. Had a good experience overall. I had the special, a Korean fried chicken sandwich with kimchi, barbecue sauce, mayo - it was damn tasty. My wife had the basic cheeseburger and enjoyed it. The fries - both the skin-on and the skinny - were unremarkable though eatable enough. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders. Service was unmemorable - no big issues, just seated and brought food, no other interactions given you order via QR code. Prices are about on par for fast casual dining. I’m terms of vibe, it’s not bad for a cavernous restaurant in a shopping centre. I would return here.

   Loved the food here. The Korean fried chicken burger was delicious. Ordered it without the coleslaw, which I believe made it even better. The panco chicken burger was not bad either. Also loved the fat fries. We could only try the chicken burgers as the other meat were not Halal. While we loved the food, the drinks took much more longer to arrive, making the experience a touch less than a good one.

   Disappointed with the food here. I got the bundle deal which seamed like good value at £9.50 for a burger fries and milkshake. The portion was small and pretty much the same size as a kids meal. The kids meal was terrible, we got chicken goujons for that and the chicken itself was like warm, dry and very rubbery. It felt either reheated or had been sat under a food warmer for ages. I asked for the chicken to be replaced with a fresh portion which the staff obliged. The replacement came out in minutes and tasted the same, clearly we had got more chicken from the same cooked batch. After I complained the staff were kind enough to remove the cost of that off the bill. Giving it 2 stars as the highlight of the meal was the milkshakes which were decent albeit a tad watery. Shall not be returning.

   Went in at lunchtime with friends. Great welcome, seated quickly. Meal of the day is tasty and affordable. Fruit drinks were good I had strawberry and elderberry. Orders came on time and staff were polite and attentive.

   Really delicious burgers. I have only ever eaten the chicken burgers but they are packed full of flavour. You can order via the app or at the counter which makes it efficient and easy to get your food. The burgers do not come with any sides so you have to order the sides separately. I felt that some of the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner which is why I am not rating it five stars. The benches had bits of food on and the floor had quite a few crumbs. Having said that, it wouldn't put me off coming here again as the food is so incredibly tasty. Definitely my favourite place for burgers.
