   Will not be going back to Prezzo in Woodford Green again. This was supposed to have a lovely Mothers Day meal from my boys. To be honest we where 10 mins late, but we tried to call but knew they probably wouldn’t answer being so busy. We arrived and the first thing my son did was apologise that we were 10 mins late, the receptionist first words were you only have 1hr 30 mins at your table now, which was understandable but it was the attitude behind it. Originally we had a table booked for 4, but she sat us at a make shift table right by the reception area in front of the door (which you can imagine, cold every time someone came in). To be honest I didn’t like where we were places, so my son politely ask could we be put somewhere else, she said no as the only table they have is a 4 at the back. So my son said well that must have been our table as that was our original booking. To cut this short this went back and forth but she was not understanding. In the end, I think it may have been a manager came over and said yes there is a table for 4, which my son responded must be ours … anyway the receptionist picked up the menus abruptly and said ‘have that table then’. With that kind of attitude we decided to leave as the other customers could hear how loudly she was talking and to be honest it was just embarrassing. I can understand yesterday would have been a busy day, but I always thought everything would be done to accommodate the customer, well she definitely did not do that!

   Staff was too busy talking to each other than serving was 5 mins just to be seated while they was having a chit chat, food was cold and got my partner’s order wrong twice Most definitely not worth the price when the service is so bad

   Hi, I'm a regular at Prezzo Woodford Green and have been for years, but today experience was below par, I asked for parmesan cheese when our mains arrived and the waitress went off to package food for a delivery order! By this time the food was getting cold and we both just watched the waitress go to another table to collect the empty dishes, while we're still waiting for cutlery and parmesan cheese.....tbh these we'rent the regular staff.....poor show. Best

   Food was average, staff were lovely and accommodating but it took 40 mins from ordering to get our starters and over an hour to get our mains. Did I mention there was only three tables full as we went at a quiet time? My dessert was a cold tart (just taking it out of the fridge) and it still took fifteen minutes to arrive. Please hire enough staff so that service is a good pace and the chefs aren’t stressed out :(

   Excellent customer service from attentive staff. Restaurant is very nicely presented. Food was good, starter and dessert arrived promptly but mains arrived a little cold but still nice. Portions are very good. The vegan pepperoni pizza was very tasty. Highlight was the sticky toffee pudding. We visited using a Buyagift voucher and used to visit South Woodford branch but unfortunately this has closed down. This branch is definitely worth another visit.
