Located round the back of the main road in the sainsbury carpark you'll find a delightful fish and chips takeaway. Great pair of guys in there Tasty food And a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back
I don’t know what sausages they now buy in but they are awful. Always have battered sausage & chips from there. They have now changed them and they aren’t nice onviously profit margin. Wont be back.
Got there just at 9 o’clock just as closing. Got amazing chips and pies. VEry friendly and gave me a free sausage for the dog.
Fish and chips were fine, actually really nice. Unfortunately, the saveloy was borderline raw and disgusting. Very poor considering how easy it is to cook a saveloy
Went into the fish & chip shop ask for some chips for my nephew. We love the chips. The young man was very nice and kind to tell me how to get to the hospital.
Very good fish well cooked, chips good & packed in own bag while fish has it's own box. Very nice friendly staff.
The food is nice but the guy called huseyin made me feel very uncomfortable. At first I thought he was just being friendly as we was having a normal conversation but then he asked inappropriate questions and asked for my number even after i told him i am 19 years old and he is about mid 40 to 50s. Since then I have not gone back as I am worried I will go in there when he is working. Shame as a nice chip shop
Ordered burger and chips chips . I live 5 mins walk away.chipswere stale and cold onions on burger were raw complained on passing later but they refused to accept my complaint.I will never go to Tom bell’s again and have advised friends on social media. Br51hh br6 Br51hh
It's not acceptable to refuse to take a debit card payment, if I'm intending on spending around £50 on food and drink in your takeaway. You must have a card reader, as the guidance for all hospitality venues during the Covid pandemic in 2020& 2021 was to adopt contactless payment facilities. to avoid the spread of the virus. I appreciate those guidelines are no longer in place, however card has now overtaken cash as the most predominant method of payment in the UK and peoples habits have changed. Both of my regular Chippys accept card payments, so why don't you? It's a shame I never got the chance to taste your food to see how good it is and it's a shame you lost out on £50 worth of business!
We decided to have fish and chips after coming out of sainsburys …during the heatwave …took about 6 minutes lovely and fresh …we were waiting in the car as it was so hot outside and they delivered to the car ! Excellent service ! No grease on the fish or chips at all lovely thick cod ..delicious !
