   Incredibly rude staff. wanted to exchange clothing for a different size and i was screamed at infront of the whole store and told to leave and never come back. If i could give this store 0 stars i would!!!

   If I could give zero stars I would!!!! The staff are incredibly aggressive and rude specifically with women shopping alone. A woman came into the store to return an item and was shouted at and belittled in front of several customers. The woman clearly hadn't worn it and the item was in great condition but the staff were incredibly degrading, shouting at her in the store. Incredibly rude, aggressive, intimidating staff who don't belong within a store. Please don't shop here and if you're travelling as a woman alone definitely don't step foot in here. They don't comply with trading standards and will say they'll exchange when they find any excuse not to.

   Extremely rude staff, I was browsing around for outfits to buy for a birthday celebration with my friends when we were suddenly kicked out for no valid reasoning, we weren’t making a mess of things, being loud, or any of the sort but we were told to “get out”. This has happened twice now. I’ve previously bought things some from this shop but never again. I don’t know how they even have any costumers with this level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Even after a few minutes of entering the store a member of staff was following us around the shop, disgusting. I would give this shop zero stars if I could - yes! It’s that bad!

   Please shop with caution here. The owner is very rude and looks and talks to you in a very degrading manner. No idea how he has any customers though I must admit I have purchased items from here over the years without any issue. However, the first time I needed to return a top I was shocked by his behaviour. He insisted the top had been worn, and made a huge drama out of me in front of others. I was gobsmacked and unable to speak back and had to hold back my tears. Never been treated in such a way. I left the shop and the top in his hands without any refund/exchange. I will never return here. He has not reopened the changing rooms since lockdown so as to force people to take items home and then be rude and uncooperative with them when they seek to exchange or refund.

   Rude staff, went to return item of clothing that had been worn for 10 minutes before finding a massive hole in the back, when returned, explained that I didn’t really like the quality of the item as it flew up in the wind and instead of getting the same dress could I exchange and get another dress which was the same price as the one I had returned, when explaining this the employer said have your money back and before I could say anything back, wafted the money in my face and said “take your money and don’t come back”. Very unprofessional and nasty people, if I was to do this in my work place I would have no customers and probably no job. Don’t shop here if you want to be treated like something they have scarped of the floor as that’s how I was made to feel. Especially when I have spent a lot of money in this shop previously, me nor my family and friends will be shopping here again.
