We are regular customers, traveling from London for Eid, and have always been satisfied with the quality and price of your clothing. However, we were extremely disappointed by the unhelpful and disinterested attitude of a staff member on our recent visit. This level of service could seriously damage your business.I tried several items and sought assistance in selecting the appropriate size and style. However, the associate remained preoccupied with her phone and did not offer assistance with alternative sizes or recommendations. Although I purchased three outfits, I believe the level of customer service was inadequate, and I wanted to bring this to the owner's attention.
