Customer service very poor.no option for 0,so had to put 1 star.they have basically taken my money via credit note which I have lost. I am not a new customer and they still decided to be rude and arrogant by not allowing me to use my credit note. I won't be shopping here ever again due to their lack of professionalism. And I will tell my family and friends to not shop here either.You basically should have a copy.you just refuse to cooperate,and you arzooo are responsible for insuring the credit note is valid and you should NOT refuse if credit note is lost.You Asian shopkeepers think you can do as you please .As you deny me my order or money,that is why I suggested you give to charity if you know of one
