   Orders a simple sausage and chips and then told minimum to use a card payment is £10. Walked out . What a joke. Card and phone are all I use and this modern looking fish n chips wants to charge more for using a faster easier payment method . Will avoid. . Shame as food looked good .

   Really enjoyed my meal here! The calamari was perfectly cooked, light and crispy. The salad was fresh and the dips were full of flavour, a really nice touch. Everything was well presented and served quickly. Great food, friendly service, and good value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Just had a large haddock and chips and it was amazing! The fish was huge and cooked to perfection and the batter was super crispy. I like my chips cooking a bit longer so they are a bit crispier. The staff are always happy to do it for me. Brilliant food and customer service with nice friendly staff.

   Tried this local fish and chips place for the first time tonight. Nice and clean inside. Looks recently refurbished. Order regular size cod and chips and a large cod and chips and mushy peas. Massive portions!! We could have shared one. Chips are nice and thick cut and batter on the fish is tasty. Good friendly service. We got take out and took our own heat bag as food would get cold in this weather but it was still nice and hot when we got home.

   They recently rebranded the venue and changed their name. The fish and chips are AMAZING, and portions are huge. I really like their packaging for the takeaway, so the food experience at home is on the high standard. The girls serving behind the counter are top class, very friendly, and always with a positive attitude. Keep up good work guys. Definitely will be back.

   Uber order No curry sauce and no liquor with pie and mash. £35 too much for their large (size tiny) chips with all the black bits in them. The pie was hard but the scampi was OK. I am furious!

   Chips were soggy and pale. Not one was crisp. Hair in the gravy. Sticky tables. Cash only. Small portions.

   First time I have ordered from Something Fishy. Very polite and patient on the phone while I placed my order to be delivered later in the day. Order arrived on time and the best piece of fish I have had in a long time, very good value for money, will definitely be ordering again.
