Needs closing down, back lights have been off for over a week can't even see, not to mention the poor quality of the clothes and the absolute rip off that their charging for poor quality products... Absolutely shocking men's and childrens section. Hopefully will go bust soon enough.
I love the store. Great collection. Staff is very helpful everytime I visit. However one of the Asian staff was very rude at the time of trial. She informed me they are closing in 10mins and I hurried and left the store 5mins early after my purchase. The girl was rudely talking and didn't really care to show any Customer care, wasn't really a great experience.
Hyde store Cheshire, 16th October 2023 approx 14.30. My wife went in for a "clear plastic bra strap kit", which is used when wearing thin strap tops so the bra straps don't show the same. A friendly young lady assistant said she knew what she required, but couldn't help as they didn't stock them. She has shopped there a quite a few times and has always found the staff very helpful.
Staff talking among themselves felt like I was intruding when asking for assistance and not a great selection of stock

Great place's to shop plenty of choice's and great bargains to find.
I really like some of the clothes in here, they last quite a while and sell some good stuff. A nice bit of competition for the cheaper end of the market.
