    My friend ordered some food through uber eats. Rice was old/stale. Maybe a good 2 days old or more. The meat also smelt off. Chips were cold. For £22.50 for a bitoque, you'd expect fresh cooked food. They need to treat all customers the same. I feel that if you don't have a portuguese name when you order online, (uber, deliveroo etc.. they don't really care how the food gets sent out and that is utterly unacceptable. A customer is customer at the end of the day. In future, please treat all customers equally.

    We missed Francesinha from Porto and found this place. Francesinha was huge with LOTS of sauce, we loved it. You might need to wait longer and the place is very casual but if you want your Francesinha fix in a very authentic place, this is it!

    I was so excited to find a Portuguese restaurant on deliveroo. But then when my food arrived I saw I paid 15£ for 3 tiny spare ribs which is mostly bone. I’ve never seen a portion like this, specially in a Portuguese place. Desiludido
