   > We ordered kebabs, but no sauce was provided with the food. There were no knives or forks, and even the tissue we received was dirty. The salad was also served without a fork. > > The staff did not ask if we wanted drinks, and water was not served either. One particular staff member (a Bangladeshi man with a shaved/bald head) was very careless and behaved quite rudely. > > When I asked at the time of paying why no sauce was given, he replied rudely and said it was our fault for not asking. This is not acceptable customer service. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

   I got a mixed kebab wrap in the night. The bread was fresh, the meat on the other hand felt stale and im sure they sautéed it in a pan to reheat. It didn't cut it... Felt like i received leftovers they didn't care about, rigid bits of meat that tasted the same regardless of it being from different sources. A shame really probably could have been a good meal if they were consistent

   This KO becomes terrible taste… Had chicken Biryani they charge £7.00 for one of finest rubbish Biryani. Made with boneless chicken and full red chilli powder. That’s can’t be Biryani. Since they increased prices on menu food became terrible instead getting quality. That was my last red chilli rice from them

   Food tasted nice at the time and even made sure i took some home. I must say that hygiene rating is like a 3 and it is clear when you go there. I have never had an issue with this place until now. I threw up everything and i feel incredibly ill. I hope they try do the place up because even the bathroom looks disgusting. Such a shame because i really used to love this place.

   This is one of the few spots that are open till 3am around east ham but the wait time for food is way too long and on top of that i would say the food is below average! Yes its cheap but the standards need to improve especially the chicken tikka it tasted horrible and some pieces were not fully cooked despite taking ages to cook them! Fairly clean.. would help if the person taking cash was wearing gloves and the rest of staff to wear at least an apron, i did get a belly ache straight after eating but not much of a choice at that time...
